Answer:	No, they are not. Moreover since I wrote my review two of the round magnets on the tips(the tiny ones you keep installed on your device to be charged) have come off. These charging cables can charge my phone back to 100% even while watching YouTube or movies and they are so much more convenient that I'm going to purchase them again. But no, they are not fast charging cables and there is a design flaw.
