Answer:	As of 8 February 2021 the headphones are NOT MacOS compatible. I saw the previous answer to this question and made the mistake of buying these headphones without further research. When they did not pair with my Macbook Air, I checked online and found that numerous people are having the same problem, and are having no success with customer service, who have gone from saying "there is a firmware fix on the way" 10 months ago to "the product is only designed to work with Windows" more recently. I have submitted a customer service ticket myself, and received the following message: "We are currently experiencing an unprecedented amount of inquiries sent to our Customer Experience team. Regrettably, you may experience a prolonged delay response to your ticket." So...it looks like as of February 2021 customers are out of luck.

Answer:	I’m not 100% sure but I think the signal drops are a result of network inference from WiFi routers cycling through channels in their bands to find the clearest one. I used to have the same problem with my old Turtle Beach X41s. They connected via 2-4GHz wireless and every few minutes would go through this static to crackling l to popping noises and then stop. The fix is to get into your router and turn off automatic channel selection (5GHz in this case) and then set it on a channel that doesn’t interfere with the headset. Problem now solved, no more drops.

Question:	Is the volume louder than the stingers
Answer:	Yes, the USB connector is all that is needed to connect the headset to the PC. You attach the headset to to the USB dongle with the 3.5mm jack, and then the dongle to the PC via USB. This allows you to use the built in sound card and 7.1 surround when connected to the PC. The 3.5mm jack is mainly meant to be used when using the headset with a mobile device or with the PS4. I came from the Turtle Beach x12 headset where I needed a USB port, AND audio/mic jack. But with the HyperX Could II, you only need the USB port.

As the Cloud II has a single 3.5mm connector, the 1 meter extension cable is for the single 3.5mm connector and there is no Y-cable included for mobile devices since it is not needed. And the Cloud II like the original Cloud comes with interchangeable leatherette and velour ear pads. Steel series has a pure balanced sound signiture and it does it well. K have had a wide range of high end headphones. Low end. I got these cause I'm tight on money rn so these are a high quality low price replacement for my Polk audio strikers zx's which lasted me years and to this day are still the nicest sounding headphones I've used. Answer:	If you want to use this on an Xbox One wirelessly, YOU MUST GET THE XBOX ONE VERSION. According to the support documents, the Xbox One version has a tiny switch on the adapter. When you want to plug it into the Xbox, you switch it to "Xbox". Switch, PS4, etc., all work when the adapter is set to "USB". However, the Arctis 1 headsets that are not labeled Xbox do not have that switch and therefore cannot be used with the Xbox.

Answer:	Plug the G10T into the last pedal's output. The routing logic is: cable from guitar to first pedal, pedals all connect to each other, then the last pedal would normally be a guitar cable to the amp, but G10T replaces that cable.

Answer:	I play the Switch as a portable, there is an included USB-C Wi-Fi dongle. To use it while docked, there is an included USB that connects the dongle to one of the USB ports on the side of the dock. I can confirm that these headphones connect to the Switch effortlessly and are absolutely fabulous... Very directional when playing Fortnite, for instance. I kept thinking my kittens were knocking things off text table (they aren't allowed up there, of course). Also, these are VERY comfortable and allow you to hear what is going on around you though it is muted somewhat. The sound is phenomenal and I am very happy with the sound and quality.
Question:	How do you use this with a docked Nintendo Switch
Answer:	They barely sound different. People saying it's better wired because it's analog are overlooking that the audio from games and your computer start off as digital! Unless you're listening to a record player it's already a digital signal. You can always plug the aux line from the headphones directly to the PC or other device to make use of it's own processing power. For a game you're going to get the full range of sound when wireless or wired.

Answer:	I currently own three pair of steel series headphones including the arctic pro with game DAC. I have owned probably 15 different sets of mid-high end headphones. The Steel series arctic pro with game DAC are louder than most Xbox/PlayStation compatible headsets. However, you will never get the full potential out of any headset without using a PC. For whatever reason, Microsoft and Sony use weak soundcards and/or intentionally dampen volume. For example, I own a $300 pair of Xbox-compatible Astro A50s that only produce maybe 20% of the volume When connected To the Xbox versus the same pair Connected to a PC using standard realtek audio drivers.
