Answer:	You are doing exactly what I did in 2016, to save my data, I upgraded from 2002 to 2009, I did not loose my data, but when I went to download my banking, it would not work. I was very frustrated, I had to go all the way up to 2015 in order to get my downloads. Just the other day I received notice, that my downloads will be cut off "Right Before Tax Time", April 1st, unless I upgrade to the subscription 2018 version. I am not Quicken's friend anymore. The upgrade is $90.00. I'm not sure yet if the 2016/17 versions will let me download for two years or not! Time to find a different software. Answer:	I have Quicken and like it but its a bit hard for me to answer as I've never used Quickbooks 2013 at all much less then on a Flash Drive but i understand the rationale as many people due to hackers plus improper and probably 'illegal government surveillance' are starting to put -sensitive materials- on flash drives to operate from there, And if you are still running Windows or Mac that -is probably- a sensible move tho i haven't tried it. Now some years back just to 'experiment' I've tried different applications on thumb drives plus i also used 'cheap dc disks' and ran many applications from the disk just like many run sega and nintendo games with great success tho the truth of the matter is some apps run fine and some flop totallytho Quicken tends to run very well for me, But please understand thats for me as I have "no way' of understanding what computer system your using plus its ram hard drive etc,etc, And these capability's vary vastly from machine to machine etc,.My overall experience with running programs from USB drives is 'Not Good' but i have been quite successful by burning programs to cd blank disc's and running from the disk which is a good thing to keep in mind as disks are:1. Cheap and pretty reliable.2. Easily availible and you can buy them without attracting attention.3. If your uses are both 'Private and Super Sentitive the disk can easily hidden or destroyed after use.4. Some programs that just WONT run on USB will run like a scalded dog from a cd or dvd blank etc,...To Close I' have the greatest of respect for Quicken as its a great program but I cant really quote on Quick Books as I've never used it.But since I've switched to LINUX ive found that if you run WINE program then Quicken and many other Windows programs will run very well and the Hackers along with most surveillance programs cant even touch you, Not that i am a crook but my 'customers and clients' belong to me and to me alone period,.But having had accounting and bookkeeping in school myself let me remind one and all that the best bookeeping system is 1. Answer:	Arn't they the same? I have trouble deciding which to buy, their names are confusing. I look carefully at the listings, especially all the little check marks on the back of the CD box. I have a small business and investments so I got "Personal & Small Business" That goes beyond Basic, Delux, and Premier since it will also generate W2s. I might not need all it has but it's only a couple of bucks more. I haven't used 2014 yet but it should have form C and F.

Answer:	I really don't know. I tried Quicken but prefer Microsoft Money. I went back to using Money, although now I use MS Money Sunset, which can be downloaded from Microsoft at no charge and requires no activation.

Answer:	QH&B 2010 is no longer supported. You can install the software, but I don't think Quicken will confirm that it works with Windows 8. Your best bet is to get 2013, but verify on their website if it is compatible with Windows 8. I preferred the 2010 version over the 2013, but what can you do? While they have quirks, they know they are the best affordable solution for Home and Small Business.

Question:	Do these work well in a call center enviromnment
Answer:	I cannot speak from experience but taking into account that call center agents require prolonged use of headsets, I would not say this is the most ideal equipment for that job. The ear piece can make your ears hot and sweaty after about an hour's use. -- But for those who only use it for periodic calls lasting probably 2 hours tops, this works great.
Question:	Anyone know of this will work on a call center phone
Answer:	I am a technical support help desk engineer and most of my day is spent on the phone with a client and a remote session. The great thing about this headset is that it isolates background noise so that you can hear very well what your client is saying and the volume is easily adjusted right from the earpiece. I have noticed however that if technicians that are close to me begin to speak loudly it is easily picked up in the boom mic but for the most part when everybody's in their own Cube call Clarity is perfect. I often review any voicemail I leave to make sure I am accurate and when I hear my voice the call Quality is the same as my single ear wired headset. It is also very convenient that my cell phone can be paired at the same time so that I can switch calls without removing the headset or having two different headsets
Question:	Is the mic directional
Answer:	There are actually two microphones. One does not require the boom to be attached. When the Boom is not attached, it tends to be more generalized audio in the room and can pick up other conversations, however, when the Boom Mic ( which includes a mute button as well ) is attached, it does a pretty good job picking up the user's voice specifically. I did notice that initially when the call starts, it is generalized however once you begin a conversation it tends to reduce background ambient noise significantly. The boom has a slight curve to it so that you can adjust it for the best directional sound. In the environment I work in, I find that if I curved the Boom in a downward Direction it tends to pick up my voice with the least amount of background noise
Question:	how long will the talk time last if stuck on conference calls all day
Answer:	I love these. I do conference calls all day long 5 days a week. I have no issues with talk time where the calls last an hour each. I do put it back on the base after each call as well. Clarity is awesome, speaking is clear. I have bought at least 20 different ones to find the best one for the massive conference calls I do and hands down this is the best one yet
