Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.

Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

I got these cause I'm tight on money rn so these are a high quality low price replacement for my Polk audio strikers zx's which lasted me years and to this day are still the nicest sounding headphones I've used. These are close behind that though and the polls were 170$ new. These are 60. It's a great deal and considering the surpioror mic quality and comfort. Yeet. Question:	How long is the headphone/microphone cable? I will most likely purchase an amp, but need an amp with a mic jack. Any reccomendations
Answer:	Well the cable is pretty long, not sure how long exactly, but it only splits in the headphone & mic jacks at the very end. So maybe about 6 inches or less for each jack. I actually asked a similar question on a different forum b/c I believe amps do not come with mic jacks. Someone suggested that I should get a Sabrent USB External Stereo Sound Adapter: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IRVQ0F8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1It's fairly cheap and basically, you just connect it to a USB port NEAR the amp. So the headphone will still be plugged into the amp, and the mic will be connected to the USB External Adapter. I keep my amp on top of the pc, and plugged the adapter into the front usb port (which is at the very top of the pc). Works like a charm.

Answer:	Technically that's the wrong question, this is the close backed, leather padded version of the G4ME series, while the G4ME ONE is the open backed, cloth padded version, which is comparable to the 363D. Basically the G4ME series are just a newer refresh of the old PC line, but I think specifically the 363D included a USB sound card with simulated surround sound. Comparing the close backed/leather padded models to the open backed/cloth padded ones, I would say open backed sounds a lot better and will give you better positional awareness, but if sound isolation is a plus for you, you'll want the closed back and leather pads, and they block out sound a lot better. Basically I would stick to the G4ME series, but choosing the ONE (open back, cloth pads) or ZERO ( close back, leather pads) is up to you. ONE will give you better in game sound but ZERO will block out noise around you for noisy environments. Hope it helps!

How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". Answer:	Since this headset uses a 3.5mm jack,it should work on all devices that have a 3.5mm port. So if you are using a Dualshock 4 controller that has a 3.5mm port (should be in between the two analog sticks underneath the PS button) then it should work without any problem.

Answer:	Cloud stinger have 50mm speakers at 30 ohms. A mic that mutes when flipped up, volume control on the ear cup and 1 wire going to a single ear cup, the padding is faux leather. Cloud stinger core have 40mm speakers at 16 ohms, a mic that is flexible, the mute and volume functions are on the cable, it has a wire on each ear cup, the padding is cloth. The core version is more suitable across a large amount of low output devices due to less ohm resistance. Both are generally decent on game controller jacks.
