Answer:	The ear bud part is hard plastic - about 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch. The cushion covers are very thin and cover the plastic ear bud to keep them clean. I have pretty small ears, and I feel they are very comfortable. They don't put pressure on the ears but they also stay in place well. I've been a transcriptionist for 35 years and this is probably the most comfortable headset I've had. I'm old school, I like the old fashion headsets!
Question:	Can I use this to listen to my iPad
Answer:	Ipad and Iphone! These things are great. I tried them with a sleep app to see what the sound was, but went back to my ear buds because I don't want to have to remember to take them from my office to my bed. My only sort of complaint is that the cord is super super long. Annoying for me since I'm in a confined space, but for someone in an office who needs to roll from one task to another, they'll love the convenience of the long cord.

Question:	The mute button won't turn off how do i fix it
Answer:	The mic mute button always stays lit. The color of the lite changes. The earphones should unmute, if you hit the button again. Your computer should indicate whether or not the mute is on for the earphones. It's worth noting that the buttons for the headphones work with your system sound. Some apps, such as web browser, have their own sound settings. You can fiddle with your computer to get all of these audio pieces working together.
Question:	I have Windows 10 and the microphone will not connect. I have tried troubleshooting and now I'm getting frustrated and about to return it. Tips
Answer:	I had no trouble using the USB connection. It took Win 10 about 30 seconds to find it, install a driver, and good to go. I did not try using the 3.5 mm connection to my computer. It works great. You may have a defective unit. Bummer and a hassle, but that's what returns are for.
Question:	Does it block backaround noise well
Answer:	The "Noise Reduction" feature is simply referring to the ability to turn down the volume in line. There is no noise reduction logic like with many higher quality headsets, and the mic is completely non-directional. I listened to the mic through the headset speakers using device settings in windows, and could hear quiet mouse clicks, tapping my finger on my computer, table, or chair, and key clicks. *much louder* than they actually were. Despite having a boom mic, these noises were happening on the opposite side of the hole in the boom, several feet away.
Question:	I can't hear myself through the mic. I know other people can hear me through the mic. Any thoughts
Answer:	It is 100% percent normal and desirable to hear yourself through a mic on a headset designed for phone calls (Skype, etc.) as this one is. The cheap $30 Logitech headset commonly found on Amazon (a competitor to this MPow device) has this behavior by default. I decided to try this MPow headset because the $30 Logitech headsets crap out after a few years. Anyway, imagine you are in a phone call with perfectly sealed headphones that only allow you to hear the other caller, not yourself. This is very annoying. I can hear my own voice only from whatever muffled sound can penetrate through the ear pads. This has the tendency to make me speak even louder so I can hear myself, and I end up yelling. I did try the Listen to This Device" tic box under the Windows 10 control panel for the microphone, and it resulted in unacceptable feedback, so I am still searching for the right settings to make it work.

Question:	Mute button ligths up, but does not control the mute/unmute in Zoom. Any tips to make this work in windows
Answer:	I'm not certain, but I believe you have to mute and unmute using the zoom tool on the screen. That's what I've always done.
Question:	How is the noise cancelling effect
Answer:	The noise cancelling is pretty good. I did a call over teams and they said it sounded like I was in a sound proof room. I switched it o my personal computer and did an actual mic test and it did pick up some noise outside the room but I honestly dont think if you were on live calls people would be able to hear them.

Answer:	Its not you - its the different platforms. I double check the settings for the specific platform prior to the session.

Answer:	Large is relative so I don't want to mislead you but I can tell you this: the headset extends to about 8 inches from the top of the headset to the bottom of the ear piece. Question:	can these be used with a cell phone
Answer:	These are USB, with a standard PC USB connector intended for use on laptop/desktop/tablet with USB. So, while I'm not entirely sure, I do not think that these can be used on a cellphone, since most cellphones don't have a full size USB connection, and even with a USB converter, probably wouldn't be recognized by the cell phone as a headset/headphone (since most phones only look for headsets/headphones connected to the 3mm plug). Having said that ... there's a gazillion different cellphones out there. It's possible it'd work on yours with the right USB converter, and possible it wouldn't. I would check your cellphone's documentation or manufacturer's web site for information about your cellphone's particular headset abilities and compatibilities.
