Answer:	Greetings, The gauge depends on the ohm of the speakers and the distance required. 14 gauge, for instance, will handle 8ohm up to 80 feet distance, or 4 ohm up to 40 feet. Don't be sucked into buying expensive speaker wire. Only gauge vs ohms are important, assuming you are purchasing decent quality stranded copper wire. Look for Micca Media Series wire. Very well made at a sane price. Avoid snake-oil salesmen.

Now I have owned enough Pioneer products to have complete faith in their quality to buy the brand without question, but in this YouTube test, the Fluance had a certain sparkle to the treble and presence to the midrance. Better than the Pioneer BS22. Admittedly, one cannot rely on the absolute fidelity of an .mp4, but it was easy to hear a difference bouncing back and forth in an A/B test. Answer:	There is confusion on this. The 429 (4”) rms is 35. The 529 (5”) rms is 45 and the 629 (6”) is 60. Unfortunately it seems all sizes are linked to the same reviews and question and answers. I read reviews and was under the impression the 4” rms was capable of handling 50 Watts but they may have been talking about the 5” speakers. I got all my info direct from the owners manual.

They will be vehicle specific but will be universal to any door speakers you choose to use so when you look them up you only need to put in like door speaker wire adapter for your specific car and you should find what you are looking for. That or just cut the factory plug off and put speaker tab clips on the wires. That would be a lot better. It's what I always do

Answer:	You'll need an aftermarket 4 channel amplifier to properly power them. Stock 1 gen tundra speakers are 20watts. (I know cause I have a 2003 SR-5 and it's written on the back of the stock speakers).
