Answer:	I’ll clear that up for you, there are two (2) black plate holders. The confusion is about state requirements. Some states require you to have a front and black plate. Some states only require a back plate on your vehicle. So this 2 pack is just two (2) plates not 2 vehicles. Two physical black silicone plates. So if your state requires front and back plates, this will be for one car. If your state requires back only, this will provide you plate holders for two vehicles. But to be clear, there are two (2) physical silicone plate holders in this pack. 😉

Answer:	I have these mats on the backs of my front seats in my car. They are each 17" wide and 23 " tall. The size is just perfect. If you're looking at what Amazon lists as the product dimensions, that is the size of the shipping package. It's very confusing, but that's what it is.

Question:	What’s the UV protection level
Answer:	You could probably use it as a life vest strap, but it would get heavy if it got wet. Therefore, I would have to say, only use it for its intended purpose.

Answer:	I have not had any problems with the Velcro. I attached the pad with the quilted side towards me and the Velcro closure to the front. I just found it more comfortable that way.
