Answer:	Mike, If you don't want to be able to override the 4 hr max you might be out of luck. Pressing the big button during any timed session will turn off the power to the circuit. However, pressing the Big button (and not a timed one) will result in the power remaining on for the duration of the last time selected. I just went and played with mine and it seems that it will not remain on longer than the greatest time available; or 4 hrs in this case. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It is only a 6 amp timer. Heaters are 12-15 amp.

Answer:	The manual override does two things. First it manually turns the power off. Second it automatically turns the power on to the last used preset time. For instance if your like the default for 15 minutes, you can select the 15 minute button. Then this comes the default for the manual button until another preset time is chosen, and then that time comes the default. You can choose a preset time, turn it off manually (immediately) and that sets the default for the next time you use it. It never manually turns it on so it stays on until it is turned off, it always uses one of the preset times. this is only an issue if you want it to run more than an hour (the maximum setting). FYI: I like this switch and would purchase it again. I use it for a ceiling heater to warm up the bathroom in the winter.

Answer:	The specification sheet doesn't say, so being a nice guy I measured it using a high end Fluke multimeter. The vampire load current is 680 microamps and that probably cost a few cents per decade. The standby circuits are probably CMOS so you can basically consider it as no load in standby. Also I hear a click when the main load turns on and off so I think the unit is using a relay instead of sold-state switching which I actually prefer because it works with so many loads. My unit powers both a fan and LED light with no problems. Hope this helps.

Camera Operation Steps

Please loading the batteries and inserting the SD Card before using this camera.

1. Open the front cover, you can see the “EJECT ” button.

2. Please be sure that switch the camera’s power OFF when loading/unloading batteries or inserting SD card.

3. Press the Battery Tray EJECT button to release the battery tray and pull it out for loading.

4. Be sure to inset each battery so its polarity(+/- direction) matches the polarity indications at the bottom of the battery tray. A full set of 8AA Alkaline or Lithium batteries should be used.

5. Press the battery tray into the host, you will hear a slight“click” sound, which means the battery compartment is locked.

6. Inserting the SD Card, and make sure that the SD card is insert correctly . If you hear“click” sounds that means it has be inserted correctly.

7. Switch the camera’s power AIM, you are ready to go into the setup mode to get the camera ready to use, with all options set to your preference.

8. Moving the mode switch t to ON mode. The notion indicator LED will blink red for about 10 seconds .This interval allows time for you to close the Cam’s front cover,lock it, and leave the monitored area. The camera will take pictures or videos automatically.(According to its current slide switch settings) when it is triggered by the PIR sensor’s detection of activity in the area it covers.

Answer:	Yes. It can. But if there is heavy fog, the pictures taken also reflect the fog in reality, it is not possible to remove the fog.

Answer:	I'm having the same issue with this camera. It captures night videos with full video and sound but many of the daytime videos have only 1 video frame with full audio. When the camera works it's an excellent camera with outstanding video and audio. I don't think it's a hardware issue so hopefully the manufacturer has a firmware update that will fix this issue.
Question:	Does this camera come with the date and time the pictures was taken
Answer:	Yes and no. Using motion detection it doesn't work through a window. However.... using the timer inside it you can record through a window using it. How? Set the timer to record 4 minutes every 5 minutes for 1-5 hours or whatever time you need it to record for. This is what I do- just make sure you have a SD card with enough memory for the videos- I use a 32 GB SD card, I use it though a window as a security camera for my car....I live in an apartment so I can't hard wire anything and this works great for what it is.
Question:	How many batteries does this take and what size
Answer:	I found a padlock that worked (at a local True Value) and then used a coil to run thru the padlock and around the tree. I use the strap that comes with the camera to fasten the unit snugly to the tree. I leave the coil a little loose so that it hangs below the camera and does not interfere with the lenses or sensor.

Answer:	You need to experiment on distance. Also check the setting because the wifi turns itself off after a minute, but you can change that to three minues.

Answer:	At night the red leds are pretty bright. Definitely not what i would call low glow. Leds are off when the camera is not taking a picture but they definitely “glow” when taking a picture.

Answer:	Don't believe it can be connected into and become part of a network. My phone can connect directly to the camera via wifi but in my implementation the phone has to have first been disconnected from the home network.
