Answer:	I have not tried that yet because once it is fully charged, I could run it for more than 8 hours. So, I did not have a need for attaching a USB power. At one time, I used it for 3 interviews each one lasting two hours. At the end of the day, the thing had more than 45% charge.

Answer:	I've been waiting 12 months for a forum tech support feed with detailed step by step trouble shooting regarding IP connection issues. My NVR has never connected typ my Arris 2.4ghz wifi router so I have never been able to use the NVR. ZMODO tech support only replies once a week and the reply is never technical. It is like advice from a 10 yearold. Worst tech support ever! I'm a trained windows tech with an advanced understanding of networking and I can not figure out why they are not communicating. Answer:	Audio not available on theses, Since it is WI-Fi and cloud based you can add as man y as you would like its just a matter of how much cloud space you want to pay for. I suggest you spend a little more and get a system with a DVR and you can store and keep what you want. Cloud service makes you hostage to the owner, you don't pay you can't retrieve.., I also think there could be some privacy issues (who can see what's being recorded and stored?) I did purchase these and wish I had not.

Answer:	The system is rated IP67, but surprisingly recommends that you 'waterproof' the junction where the power supply connects to the camera. I installed our cameras under an eave, and put the power supply where water might touch it, but not soak it. I wrapped the connection in a decent tape. I've had one of these outside, unsheltered for about three months. The power supply looks 'potted', that is well sealed.

Answer:	I have these and the internal ones, too. They work great. These cameras ARE wireless. Wireless is an industry term referring to a network connection or radio transmission. It has nothing to do with power supply. wire·less wī(ə)rləs/Submit adjective 1.using radio, microwaves, etc. (as opposed to wires or cables) to transmit signals. "wireless broadband" noun 1.broadcasting, computer networking, or other communication using radio signals, microwaves, etc. You will still need 115VA-120VA power within the 6 ft to supply the 5V/1A power block or an extension if further away. If you are looking for a wire-free camera you will need something like an ARLO system. They work great but you will have to replace batteries based on the activity in the area being recorded. Some of mine would last 2 months, but most lasted about 2 weeks. The batteries are expensive. I tried the rechargeables, but they do not last as long. Arlo cameras a great for remote locations.

I emailed the support email address listed in the App and got a returned email listed as access denied. Hoping I can add my original camera back in one of the two apps and delete the other because I am also getting duplicate alert messages from each App for the new cameras.

Answer:	AT&T Home base is a phone/hotspot device that uses cellular LTE service to provide your access to the Internet. It is just like having an Internet WiFi modem with the exception that your Internet service is coming in over a cellular connection, instead of a cable from the street. The AT&T home base unit has a built-in WiFi 2.4g router that allows your other WiFi enabled devices (tables, Roku, wifi cameras, etc.) to connect to it for your home network. The only unanswered question here is that different hotspot units have a limit on how many devices can connect to them at the same time. So to answer that, you would have to ask AT&T or do a web search for your specific model's specifications.

Answer:	I had the same question. I pulled the trigger and can tell you my findings... the ANSWER::: 4 hour cloud recording is 4 hours of continuous as well as clips. Anything past 4 hours whether full recording or small clips of events are inaccessible/deleted.
Question:	Can you connect multiple cameras to the same device
Answer:	To get 24 hours (or more) on the 32GB card, you will need to change the camera's video encoding settings. By default, the camera is configured to encode the video at 4096Kb/s CBR, which should give you about 17 hours of recording time on a 32GB card. CBR stands for Constant Bit Rate, which means that the camera will use all of the specified bitrate regardless of the video complexity/activity. I recommend switching the mode to VBR (Variable Bit Rate) with a quality of 6 (the highest setting). Since the video complexity will probably be low half of the time, this alone may be enough to get you 24 hours. If not, lower the bitrate setting to 2048. This should get you at least 34 hours. You can lower this as much as you want. If the video quality gets too rough at very low settings, lower the resolution or the framerate. With a low bitrate setting and VBR, you could get days of footage on a 32GB card.While this camera has an above average playback interface that's great for reviewing footage, another way to fit more monitoring time on the card is to only record motion detection footage instead of continuous recording. This works especially well in areas that see occasional traffic as opposed to continuous traffic. You could end up with months of footage on a 32GB card depending on how active the monitored area is.Yet another possibility is to use a 64GB card. I have successfully used 64GB cards in other cameras that only supported 32GB. The camera is not the limitation; Windows is. Windows is unable to format a 64GB card to FAT32, the format required by the camera. Answer:	If you want multiple cameras, I suggest a surveillance software such as Blue Iris, which is the best bang for the buck. It's a great program which you purchase once (about $50) and can use with up to 26 cameras. I currently have 7 using this program with minimal problems. IMO, I would NEVER use a cloud service for anything.

Two Ways of Storage

Netvue Sentry Pro security camera supports local storage of recording and detecting sound and motion with a MicroSD card (not included, up to 128GB).

Insert Micro SD Card

Sentry Pro comes with a built-in card slot which supports up to 128GB Micro SD card. Once you insert the storage card, the camera will automatically start to record and store videos in the storage card. You can view those videos on the ‘Replay’ page by clicking the ‘Replay’ button in the ‘Homepage’.

Step 1: Make sure your Sentry Pro is powered off. Loosen the screws and

then take off the cover.

Step 2: Insert Micro SD card. Make sure you insert it in the correct

direction. The Front of the card should face up.

Step 3: Put the cover back and tighten the screws.

Netvue Sentry Pro Installation Steps

Step 1: Connect to Netvue App

Before you start, make sure you've downloaded the Netvue App from the App Store or Google Play.

Open Netvue App,click "+" to add a new device.

Select Outdoor Cameras.

Select " Sentry Pro".

Press the "Scan QR Code", then scan the QR code located in the back of the camera.

Click "Set up device". (make sure your WI-FI is 2.4GHz, not 5GHz)

Step 2: Install the camera on the wall

Check the following things before you start to install the camera on the wall:

1. Sentry Pro has been successfully added to your Netvue App and is able to stream video.

2. Have planned the cable route. Measured the length of the power cable and Ethernet cable (if you plan to use Ethernet connection) you will need.

We recommend installing the Sentry Pro camera 7-10 feet (2-3 meters) away from the ground for a better view range. This camera needs to plug in to power on, please make sure there is a power outlet nearby.

Step 3: Check live stream videos anywhere at any time

After completing the camera installation and Netvue App settings, you can watch the live stream videos on your mobile device anywhere at any time, allowing you to monitor the house in real-time.
