Answer:	Hello! Thank you for your question. The screw is a M2 x 0.2 flathead (phillips).

Answer:	It is about 2.5 pounds. You can hold it with one hand, but I would imagine it would be very awkward to try and put on makeup while holding it, if that is why you are asking. Perfect on a table or desk and I love the very, very bright light.

Answer:	The batteries are inserted in the bottom of the base.

Answer:	I have owned this mirror since 2012. Although it suddenly stopped working a couple days ago, It has been really great for me. This mirror does take 4 - C Batteries but I have always used it with the power adaptor that was included with my purchase. I will say this; it would NOT be convenient to replace the batteries because you would have to unscrew the 3 screws from the base in order to change them everytime. For me that isn't convenient. Other than that, this has been a great mirror.

Answer:	Mine is 3.5" in diameter. I think the width is limited by the depth of the concavity, which equation seems to allow it to magnify to that extent, though I have not looked this up and am basing it on hazy memory of college knowledge (a clunky and accidental rhyme!) and the fact that I have not yet seen any wider ones for sale. It works very well, though you have to hold it close to your face and it takes some getting used to as you have to find the right angle and distance. I love it but I also wonder if it is making me fanatical about my pores as you really can see a LOT with it. I can use it on the very rare occasions when I put on makeup though you can see only one eye at a time. It is also very durable. I have had it for many years and have dropped it a number if times but it has never even cracked. I hope this helps!

Answer:	Not sure. My gut feeling is “probably not”, simply b/c it would be a fire hazard if you were to plug it in and it tried to charge regular alkaline batteries. We’ve never used the AC adaptor. I don’t even know if ours came with one. We have just used plain old rechargeable batteries from Amazon. The batteries lasted over a year with daily use before needing to be recharged. With that kind of battery life, I don’t really mind having to pull the batteries out to recharge them once a year. We’ve had it for 2+ yrs now and still have only had to recharge the batteries once, so far.

Answer:	The batteries are located on the back of the wall mount. Since I have never installed batteries and only use the power adapter, I cannot give a review of the use of or changing batteries. Thanks.

Answer:	I have the same problem! The bulb is no longer working 2 years after purchasing and only using it at night for a few minutes! Not very impressed since I paid over $120 from Bed Bath and Beyond for this! Manufacturer should put a warning about how it cannot be replaced because that seems fraudulent to sell at that price point and not warn consumers. I would've bought a brand that CAN have a replacement bulb like most basic electronic devices do allow for.

Answer:	Since this is an LED lighted mirror there is no light bulb inside to replace, so when it is not lighting there may be an internal wiring problem that is causing the short. Please try plugging your adapter into a different electrical outlet and hold your hand on the dimmable touch sensor located on the base for 30 seconds. If there are no changes in the lighting, please contact the Customer Support department from the manufacturer website.

Answer:	Mine has the same condition, you have to move closer until you find a spot were your reflection is not distorted. I do not think is a defect, I think is the quality of the mirror.

Answer:	I really can't. I see no indication of country of origin on the unit. The box is long gone. I suspect it is China (PRC). There is a green sticker on the bottom indicating "Passed Dongguan office." A quick web search indicates Dongguan is located in The PRC. I hope this helps.

Answer:	The suction cup needs a hard, smooth surface. Maybe if the bathroom wall was tile, it would stick. Probably will not stick to a painted surface. Yes, it swivels perpendicular to the base.

Answer:	The suction stem bends easily to conform to any luggage orientation you might need. I find it easy to pack and carry. One tip you may find helpful: take one of the batteries out and pack in a separate place. If the light button is accidentally compressed inside your bag during trave and all three batteries are still in place, the light will come on and by the time it's discovered at your destination, the batteries will be very low, if not dead. I pack an extra set of AAA's to be sure. :-)

Answer:	The light could come on in luggage. The light isn't very good. I have left mine on all day at least twice and the batteries still work however it is not as bright.

Answer:	Actually, the mirrors are good quality, but light not all that bright. It is adequate, but I've never had a mirror of this type with bright-enough lights.

Answer:	Yes, both mirrors are lighted. However, there is not much light. I had to turn on desk lamps or use natural light to see better.

The problem is sometimes they seem to be slightly old by the time you purchase the mirror and you need to replace them after a relatively short period of time. The batteries are a bit pricey. But I do recommend this product. It's the best thing I've found for the purpose. Be aware the mirror does break easily if dropped.

Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. The diameter is 4.5" including the pink rim. There are 3 small suction cups in the back, they do not need to be turned.

Answer:	This product uses an AC adapter to be plugged in. It does not have a battery option.

Answer:	There are 3 light settings. Because I like a bright light, I always leave it on the "daytime" setting. I've found the level of brightness to be fine for applying makeup.
Question:	Does this item plug into the electrical outlet for power
Answer:	Yes, this device will need to be plug in to an outlet. It doesn’t come with an built in battery where it can charged and mobile.
