Answer:	Most likely it’s out of stock from the manufacturer and on back order. Covid has caused excessive demands and manufacturers are struggling to find employees and or components.
Question:	How much is the monthly subscription and why would I need it if I would install a 128g card in it
Answer:	I usually hand wash the liner with soap and let it air-dry and I 'knock' the basket against the side of the sink to dislodge any flour that might be there, then I use a dry brush to get into the crevice's if necessary. I would not machine wash or dry the liner's, my impression is they are made of a loosely woven material and they probably most likely will shrink.

Answer:	While using the Banneton basket without the liner, you still have to use plenty of flour or rice flour to prevent sticking. Just brush out flour with a brush, but never wash. Bakers never wash theirs, including the liner.

Answer:	If you have enough room to insert the pickle fork between the slack adjuster and the frame, you could very well use one of the forks in the kit to remove the adjuster. This fork set can be used for other applications in the automotive industry, not just ball joint removal. Every situation is different, so use common sense for safety reasons and avoiding damage to parts you plan to reinstall.

Question:	Does not work with existing doorbell chime when wired!!?? That’s not a good thing
Answer:	Pretty silly that Ring designed this to replace wired doorbells but it doesn't sound the current chime that people already have. I would venture to guess most people enjoy the sound of their current chime vs an electronic sound. The Nest doorbell has had this feature since launch. Bad design choice and feels like this was done to upsell the Ring Chime at the expense of what's beneficial to the consumer. The Video Doorbell 3 uses the existing chime, but it's bulkier and unattractive - would have been nice to use this smaller version.

Question:	Do i have to use the wyze cam app with this? Can i use a more generic app like TinyCam etc to view live video just based on ip address
Answer:	Using the Tiny Cam Pro ($3.99) and it works with the 4 Wyze Cam's, two are Pan/Tilt cameras. It is able to control the camera and move up/down and left/right. Also to hear and speak to the microphone. Tiny Cam Pro also enables uploading the continuous video to the One Drive and Google Drive, in addition to doing it to local storage. The video resolution looks like it decreased, but being able to see all four cameras with live stream is great. The camera is connected based on the account ID and password and camera # (1-4), not IP address. Depending on the Wifi connection to the camera, the video will drop and then restart. Overall, I'd recommend it.
Question:	When hung upside down, can you flip the image
Answer:	Yes, as some would prefer to hang/ mount the cam (physically) upside down. If this is preferred simply go into the "Advance settings" in your app, look for and click the "180 degrees" and the image will be inverted to the new upright image. If you decide to change the cam to the upright (physically) mounted position, just turn the same 180 degree setting (within Advance settings) and the image will flip to match the cam mounting perspective.
