Question:	How long does the battery last? How often do you have to recharge the batteries
Answer:	3 to 6 months? Lmao yea right. Not even close. Try 2 weeks tops if you are lucky. You might get 2 months if you never check live video and it only records like 1 time a day but any normal person will be checking the live feed a couple times a day, multiple recordings etc....so no you won't even get close to that they claim.
Question:	To many reviews about this camera and bad wifi connection.are they true? Does the battery really holds for 2 months without recharging
Answer:	I am not sure why others are having a difficult time. I have zero wifi issues. I've had mine for over 2 months and it is still running strong. It does have to be in a location that has less traffic. Mine is set up on my front patio and works great. Sometimes I think some reviewers have not done their homework or read the instructions. Don't expect it to run like a $200 wired camera. Wyze had to make some compromises to make the battery life better. I still think all the Wyze cams are a bargain.
Question:	What is the range from base
Answer:	Not far enough. I have one of my cameras 20 feet away and it’s fine. The other camera is about 35 feet away and the signal is not so great.
Question:	Does this require a subscription for service? Or is it just stand alone ready to go and no additional fees
Answer:	This device does not require a subscription for service..... But, without the subscription, the unit will capture a 12 second clip upon sensing motion. This is for to short of a time to provide any evidence. Any recording to SD card must be manually activated or scheduled. It will not record all motion that is sensed to the SD card as the other wired Wyze Cams do.

Answer:	Almost 3 months when triggered 15 videos per day, and 10 seconds per video. Please be aware that the battery lasting time for this camera depends on how frequent motions are detected, so they are much different for you to intall it indoor or outdoor, home or office.
Question:	when there is continuous movement in the room it will continuously record? How long will a recorded video be with the sd card provided
Answer:	It will continue to record separate clips. You can set it to record 10, 20, or 30 seconds. The clips will remain on card until full, then oldest will be deleted.
Question:	Does it saves All the recording? For how long before it expires
Answer:	Yes, all recordings are saved on the included 8gb microSD card (installed in the base station. Once the storage card is filled up, it will automatically delete videos that are oldest.
Question:	Does the vava home app include instructions?any special instructions for device installation and app operation
Answer:	Yes, it's recommended to download the app first in Google Play (for Android) or App Store (for IOS) once you open the package, i think the "User Guide" on the vava home app is more helpful than the papery user manual included. Answer:	If you buy the new Hue bridge and want to transfer your lights from the old bridge, I recommend that you first update the firmware on the old bridge and make sure you are running the latest Philips Hue app. I was successful transferring my Philips 610 lumen (color) Hue and 750 lumen (white) Lux bulbs. Once the updates are complete, turn on all your Hue bulbs and hook up the new bridge next to the old bridge. Don't disconnect the old bridge yet. Go to the Hue app and select "Settings>My Bridge>Bridge to Bridge Transfer". Your lights will be transferred automatically when the on-screen instructions are carefully followed. The exact wording in the app may be slightly different, just look for the "Bridge to Bridge Transfer". Once the transfer was completed, I updated the firmware on the new bridge to the latest version and disconnected the old bridge. I can now use Siri to control all the Hue bulbs. I have my bridge in my upstairs man cave with hue lights in there and also outside on my front upstairs and downstairs porch and they work fine. The max distance to the furthest hue light is about 50 feet through several interior and one stucco exterior wall.

Answer:	I don't believe it will work with a dvr but it is easily downloadable. Our videos can be downloaded easily to our camera roll on ipad and immediately stored on the one drive cloud.

Answer:	Since the Safe by Swann app update to version 1.6.5 on April 12th, 2019 it really doesn't seem to work with any iphone.
Question:	What are the best phones to pair these cameras with
Answer:	Before April 12th, 2019 the iphone worked great with these cameras. Then, on April 12th Swann updated the Safe by Swann app to version 1.6.5. After that update the iphone could no longer disarm the cameras or adjust the sensitivity of the motion detectors. Today is April 22nd and Swann has still not corrected the situation. If you visit the Swann Community message boards or filter the app reviews by date on the App Store you will see the complaints about app version 1.6.5 are consistently negative after April 12th, 2019. BUYER BEWARE.

Answer:	Motion is detected both day and night. LED lights are very bright and has two way talk and an alarm. I put three of them on my house last fall and they have worked perfectly!
