Answer:	The depth of the machine is 16-1/4". The power cord plug is tucked under, not I the very back, but the paper tray (and finished copy guide) stick out 5-1/4" in the front. Without the paper tray or output guide, the printer is 11" deep.

Answer:	I don't know. My hunch is, that with a crawling baby, you are better off using just soap and water. I've used dish detergent and water to clean carpet spots at times, and it works fairly well. Better to be safe.

Answer:	Just a auto date set you can go to setting and adjust

Answer:	No you do not buy ink. The photo paper has little crystals and when they are heated up the color comes out.

Answer:	You do not need to do that. You can bypass that. I believe that is a feature so that when you take a photo with a friend you would share it with them or something like that. I choose NOT to use that feature.
Question:	Is this newer model really any better than the original? What are the differences
Answer:	I think the newer model is worse. My print quality with the 2nd edition is much more washed out than the original. Red tones are slightly more vibrant, but blues are definitely washed out and the contrast is off.
Question:	Why are these so expensive
Answer:	The technology and the electronics required to melt the ridiculously small dots of color onto the special paper is much more expensive than spraying paint, etc. The results are stupendous. I have prints that are 10 years old stuck to my refrigerator that are as good as new.

1)For PC: Works: with any Thermal Direct Label with a width range of 1.57" to4.1".

2)For smartphone （App" FBA Print"): Mostly use for 4"x6" or 4"x7" shipping labels like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. It does not support customizing label size and editing contents.

3) Please press and hold the green feeder button until you hear one short beep anytime you change your label size. The step is to used to identify the new label sizes. 

2. Bluetooth connection: The indicator will flash green when Bluetooth is connected successfully. 

1)For Android: Download the APP" FBA Print" on Google Play, install and run to pair Bluetooth when the printer is on. Please allow the APP to access the location and storage of your smartphone when you connect it the first time. If your file labels are downloaded from eBay, please select file label 4"x6" instead of 8x11.5" to print. It is incompatible with the Samsung Galaxy series.

2)For iPhone: Download the APP" FBA Print" on the App Store, install and run to pair Bluetooth when the printer is on. Because of the limit of iOS, the APP cannot import a PDF file from your phone directly but you can send the file to the APP via social software, like Skype.

3) For iPad:  The same connection as iPhone, after running the App, please place the iPad vertically to print. 

4)The Printer is compatible with Mac OS X v10.9or later but its Bluetooth is incompatible with MacBook. Please print with a USB cable connected if your device is a MacBook.

Answer:	Thanks a lot for your question. By default, Poshmark produces labels in an 8.5 x 11 size which won't fit correctly 4 x 6 labels. Please update your label size setting on Posh Mark to 4 x 6, you can print with the OFFNOVA Printer. And to select your shipping label size, go to: Account Tab > My Seller tools > Shipping Label Settings > Select a page dimension as 4x6.
