We do design the wipe to minimize pulp escapes, but sometimes depending on the amount of cleaning needed, it can occur.

Imagine that you have a food-smudge...you know how if you used a paper towel that was wet, you'd have to wipe at it a few times? These have a lotion-y feel WITHOUT being slimy or lotion-heavy. You barely notice it. But they do a great job of wiping away everything in one wipe! I have purchased these for I think as long as they've been around (?) as a subscription.

But this month I received wipes packages that DO NOT reseal. Same box, same product, different packaging. This is a subscribe and save item that I've been using for 4 years. They switched out the packaging without alerting the buyer.

Answer:	You should never flush wipes, whether they are marked flushable or not. The proof can be found in any plumbing industry chat room. If you are staying in some night and need something to do, just browse through the plumbing industry chat rooms online. You will notice the word “softball” coming up quite a lot when describing clogs that are caused by a multitude of disposable wipes. Extracting these plugs from can be very costly and yet often necessary in your home drain pipes if you insist in flushing disposable wipes. But it dose not stop there, many cities are experiencing sewage clogs from disposable wipes. Many cities have been reporting a significant rise in sewage system clogs directly related to flushable wipes. Because this causes an increase in maintenance costs, they have requested that residents not flush them down the toilet. Some cities have placed disposable wipes high on their list of “debris” that causes the majority of their sewage system backups. To help combat this situation the cities are now starting to pass laws making it illegal to flush wipes.

Question:	Has anyone else notice difference in the recent batch of wipes--in terms of texture and smell
Answer:	YES! Last two monthly subscriptions from Amazon (April & May 2019) have been different. The package now has a harder plastic flap on it which isn’t too big of deal except possibly being non-recyclable (not sure but I put them in with the plastic bags recycling). But the BIG change is the smell - musty or something hard to describe. In April I thought maybe they had sat outside my house in the heat for a day but then again in May means something changed! We used them to wash our hands sometimes and it leaves a musty smell on hands plus imagine on baby’s diaper area... This is SO disappointing because we have ordered a case of these every month for 5.5 years now!

Answer:	Hi there! You can locate the expiration date after the manufacturing code (which will look something like this: ML632206X) and will be in month/year format. For example: 12/2018. Huggies® wipes have a two-year shelf life. If wipes are opened and then properly closed, they will last approximately one year. Otherwise, the expiration date is a pretty good guide on efficacy.  Hope this helps!

Answer:	I push down hard when you look at it looks open but if you flip it side ways and check where it clicks it is actually closed

Answer:	I think the updated packaging is just the box pictured. That is what I most recently received. Previously that box came in another brown box.

Answer:	They are individual wipes. They are thick, soft and very moist.
Question:	I have noticed some non-scented wipes do not get rid of the poop smell on babies bottom. Do these
Answer:	Is if the smell is still there after using seventh generation unscented wipes. It would still be there regardless. But if you use a scented wipe to cover up the smell with a perfume. It's still there, but your sense of smell doesn't detect it. Thanks to perfume. I'd rather know the smell is still there and wipe again, pat dry and powder with Burts bees powder. Problem solved. Poop smell is gone because you removed all bacteria, dried to be sure and powdered cause it prevents chafing.

Answer:	We make a small cut in the middle, top of the wipes, pull the old pop top off an empty pack and stick it on the new pack on top of the cut we made! Re-sticks with no issues!
