Answer:	I have not problem with food sticking to the pan, but my pan has been seasoned. It is very easy to cook with these pans. If you can follow the directions on how to use these pans, you should have not problems.

Answer:	Yes, there's an aux. jack for headphones. It's pretty easy to hook up, I was able to do it without the assistance of my 20-something nephew, who is my usual "go to" for all things 21st-Centurytech.
