Answer:	I have experimented with this by accident I was adjusting the camera and the battery came out it still worked with a single battery... But when I turned off and back one with a single battery it didn't come back on. I am not sure if it depended on the slot or not... I will try it out and edit my answer... So I say no pending test result

Activate the Bluetooth on your phone (By the way, one cellphone can ONLY register and use one account in the Neewer App) 3. Open the Neewer App on your phone and delete all the devices that you connected before. Then deactivate the Bluetooth on your phone first. Turn it back on seconds later and try adding your light as a new device in the Neewer App. 4. If you have connected this light to other cellphones before, please make sure that other phones' Bluetooth is turned off during the connection. 5. Please keep the light and your phone within a close distance for the connection. 6. If it still doesn't work out, please contact Neerwer Customer Service with detailed information, including your phone model, settings, problem description, and, if possible, a video for clarification.

Answer:	I've had issues finding pvc backdrops that aren't enormous. Ultimately I ended up buying this one because they're included with the lightbox, which is worth it considering the cost of pvc backdrops. It also has many colors it comes with which is great.

Answer:	I'd say it depends on your ROI. If you just have a few you're selling, it'd be best to make your own lightbox or even use a cheap whiteboard with good lighting (daylight bulbs are a must, 5000k to 6000k). I'd recommend this of you plan on using it extensively, though I don't believe there's a huge advantage in your case since the plastics for your figurines are consistent. This lightbox is very versatile for all types of materials - I use it for crystal photography because there's such a wide variance of lighting requirements. Just make sure you know your way around your camera, as the backdrop on this tends to come out light gray unless you set your exposure correctly. Best of luck!

Multifunctional

The silver side is very reflective and brightens both shadows and highlights but does not change the color of the available light.

The gold side side works basically the same way while adding a warmer color to the image.

The white side brightens up the shadows to produce a softer light. It is not as bright as the silver side so you can get closer to your subject.

why do these have lower lux output the the previous 960 model

Answer:

I had the same question and contacted Neewer. Customer service couldn't answer. Since the 1320 had the same (relative to size of it vs the 960) lower lux levels (vs. earlier products), I decided to take the risk. Happy I did. It puts out a lot of light. For example, I have the 960 3 feet away for web meetings, and no other light sources (not even light through windows), and I have to set it at 40% of its full output. Also, I find that it has similar (but unmeasured) output when compared to my 5 CFL (each at 200W equivalent) softbox. Hope this helps. Overall, very happy with it.

Answer:	That was exactly my situation and lumecube was a great help. My face is perhaps still a little washed out but it no longer has the shadows. I feel like I now have a professional looking camera video.

Answer:	Yes it does! It comes with a charging cable and adapter for computers
Question:	does it come with batteries
Answer:	I'm using the light on the lowest setting (1%) and the light is mounted on a gooseneck arm about three to four feet from me and it's plenty bright for video calls. At 1%, I get about 14 hours of life. (I've never used it long enough to run out but the remaining life indicator seems accurate so far.) You recharge the light via a USC-C port. I just leave it recharge overnight, so I haven't timed it yet.
Question:	Why bi-color and not only white
Answer:	I can't tell for sure, but it looks like the attachment to the suction cup is a standard GoPro socket, which means if you could stick a GoPro base to your monitor and use the 3M adhesive on the GoPro base instead of the suction cup. That would be more permanent, but should open up a lot of options for you if it is indeed a good fit. GoPro attachments are pretty cheap too, so you could pick some up to test it somewhere less expensive.
