Answer:	Yes, it has a USB-c port on the printer. Also, comes with USB to USB-c cord.

Answer:	Yes, the printer comes with a usb to usb-c cord. If your phone/tablet doesn't take usb-c you would have to get a different cord to do so. You can also set the printer up with a direct connection instead of over wi-fi.
Question:	Does this come with everything needed to set up and use
Answer:	Yes. It comes with the printer, both ink cartridges, and all instructions including CD for windows installation. for phone/iPhone/mac the instructions have a qr code to scan to set up, Also has an added bonus of a USB to USB-c cord.
Question:	can i use only black cartridge only? i don't print in color
Answer:	the printer wont work if you don't have both cartridges properly installed. That being said, just because it has to have a color cartridge doesn't mean you have to print in color. It comes with both cartridges. Just install the ones that come with the printer. If you never print in color, then you will only have to replace the black ink cartridge. Also, you can get ink for this printer for way less than the cost of other printers cartridges. That sold it for me. The printer has worked great, and the compact design is perfect for a small space. It fits on my small utility cart with room to spare!

Answer:	Yes you can. I just scanned a 5 page document using the document feeder. Worked great!

Answer:	Yes it hinges up. The rear hinges seem to be able to lift up higher than just a page, like on a book, but it definitely lifts up. I normally lift up the top to scan one or two pages vs. using the document feed.

Answer:	My photo printing was excellent quality. Adjusting the paper feed system is not an easy adjustment, but much easier on the fourth or fifth time you use it. One small thing is there is a 1/16" white strip on top and bottom. Tom

Answer:	The 880 has touch screen fax buttons instead of physical buttons, uses different print cartridge model numbers (newer possibly) and has NFC support for phones that support. I have not used a 870 so I'm not sure if the 880s touchscreen is more responsive but usually they update the processor on refreshes. Answer:	There are 2 front load trays (no back feed). The large tray is on the bottom (for 8-1/2 x 11"); small tray is in the middle (for 5x7 and smaller). With the small tray, make sure you line up arrows when installing; it can easily be pushed in to far. Both these trays are auto feed. Answer:	No, the 630 came with 410 ink and I also bought the 273, but after talking to Epson who said this printer requires 410, I returned and cancelled the 273. The 273 is for the old 600 printer. I know the cartridges looks identical, but I wouldn't take the chance! Amazon should stop posting that comment in frequently bought with this printer!

Answer:	If one of the cartridges is expended, the printer signals you to replace the cartridge in order for printing to continue. You can temporarily continue printing from your computer using black ink. Replace the expended color cartridge as soon as possible for future printing. Answer:	If this adjusts to legal size paper, I would love to know how. I have never been so displeased with a printer. I almost constant get a message saying the printer isn't connected, which is remedied by rebooting my computer.

Answer:	I have a WF 3620 and it worked just fine with remanufactured inkcartridges then the "ugrade" and it started to barely pring. Put in Epson cartridges for $70 and it was fine. $70 is half the price of the printer. Time to move to a Brother printer recommended by Consumers Research.
