Question:	I cannot see thru the telescope even after taking all caps off it is stil blank image
Answer:	We are having the same issue. It’s been properly set up but even after allowing it to come to temperatures outside, there is nothing we’re seeing. We’ve adjusted magnification, tried different lens, still blank. And yes, all the caps are off too. I have a curious, yet disappointment kiddo on my hands. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Answer:	You have to use the little knob that looks like a T and also the long handle bar (you turn the handle bar right to tighten and left to loosen. They are both apart of the stand.

Answer:	I set it up in 5 minutes. I observed the Moon, Venus and Cassini twin stars (actually quad) with in 30 minutes on 25 mm. I have never owned a telescope in my life. The instructions are pictures describing what part goes where under them. How to set up your phone is a bit of a mess but I understood and decided to address that later. I was too excited to see Venus, and then sad when it looked like a big star, lol. There is another way to set it up to see even closer images, so I’ll be experimenting. I want a bigger one now... lol 😂. I’m managing my expectations on the 3X with 10mm parts. I just want to see it all!

Question:	Can you take a picture with your iPhone
Answer:	Since the Dewalt Retractable Utility Knife is industrial level, the new blade must lock into place. Using your thumb you push the adjusting mechanism forward. Then, you carefully grasp the new blade and slide it into the knife. With your thumb on the adjustment, you can feel it lock into place. Then, move the adjustment back to retract the blade. This is the way I remember doing it. That's basically what it says to do online too.

Answer:	If you look through your dominant eye and keep your other eye open, that will make it easier to point at a bird or other small object. If you look through your non-dominant eye and leave your other one open, you may find it difficult and disorienting. It's probably not a problem because most people naturally use their dominant eye without even realizing it.

How To Use the Telescope

1. Keep the telescope folded and stored when you don't use it.

2. Pull the Barlow all the way out.

3. Point the objective lens to the object and look through from eyepiece. By pushing and pulling the barlow bit by bit, the image will be visible gradually.

4. With slow and tiny motion, rotate the eyepiece bit by bit to push and pull the barlow so as to reach a sharp image.

Note: The motion for micro-adjustment of focus must be made slowly bit by bit.

Notes

1. Do not look directly at the sun through a telescope; otherwise it will hurt your eyes.

2. Please store the telescope in a moisture-free area if it is long term unused.

3. Wipe the lens with the soft lens cloth that comes with the telescope. If there are some stubborn stains, add one or two drops of alcohol to the cloth. It would be easy to remove.

Question:	How far out will we be able to look these distance wise? We take walks and my granddaughter like looking up in the trees and etc
Answer:	Extend the blade about a half inch until the line is exposed. Hold the end of the blade with pliers and bend the blade until it snaps off at the line. When snapping, I would suggest protecting your eyes against possible flying fragments by wearing safety glasses or turning your head or putting something between your eyes and the blade (i.e, put your hands under a table, etc.) I have never had a problem but why take a chance?
Question:	Are the eyepieces rubber so they can be used with eye glasses without scratching
Answer:	Slide the thing that looks like a belt clip out of the back. Then press the thumb button and slide it out the back with the old blade. Insert a new blade, attach it to the thumb button and slide them back in (squeeze the thumb button as you slide it in. Then slide the belt clip thing back in. BTW, the slot in the belt clip thing can be used to snap off a blade section. Just slide that slot over the end of the worn blade section and twist (I always turn my head or wear safety glasses when breaking off a worn blade section...who know where that sharp piece is going to fly out at high speed to).
Question:	Do they come with a neck strap
Answer:	It's a razor. So it will cut anything a utility knife will cut. Plastic, leather, boxes, paper, etc. the nice feature here is that it has scored breakaway segments which means when the tip is dull , just break the piece off and you have a sharp new blade.
Question:	Is there a case that goes with these
Answer:	No it does not. And it also don’t tell you you need a special security tool to put blades in and it’s also not included. This should be included I am very disappointed.

Answer:	We have enjoyed using this. It is very simple and a good value. The image on the screen is clear. Not sure if it will work for something as small as a bird but it was good for a sailboat 100 yards away. Hope that helps?

Answer:	There was no tripod neither in advertisement, nor in package of my order. BTW, monocular itself is an almost perfect device. Best of 7 different models purchased during last four years.
Question:	can you take a picture with your iPhone
Answer:	Yes, you can with the attachment they include. It is a little clumsy to do so, and the picture will be round (due to the round lens of the monocular). It will also be grainy, depending on how far your subject is/how much magnification.
