Answer:	They're pretty much all the same. There are some devices (cameras, etc.) which do NOT have the quarter inch, 20 threads per inch socket on them. Usually "pro" equipment has a three-eighths, 16 TPI socket. So unless your device is really expensive, chances are really, really good this is what you need.

Question:	Is this tripod good for long exposures
Answer:	Yes. It is very strong.If you are going to be shooting a time exposure outside， I highly recommend using the bag hook to secure your heavy camera bag or some sort of weight to hold it down. But it doesn't fit the heavy lens.
Question:	would this work well for hunting with a crossbow? Thanks
Answer:	I would doubt it. While this is a solid, stable and well built tripod, it is intended for cameras not crossbows. So unless your crossbow has a standard camera mount on it I wouldn't think this would work so well for your purposes.
Question:	Is there any warranty on this tripod, if so, where's the link for it
Answer:	I see a 2 year warranty on the box. Also a website (victiv.com) and email ([email protected]) I would contact them at one of those addresses and use the serial number on the top of the box.
Question:	Would this tripod safely support heavy binoculars
Answer:	We are using it for heavy binoculars. Be aware that the tripod head is a camera mount and not as stable as a binocular mount. However, I like that ability to swivel the binoculars freely. The connection is secure and I carry the tripod on my shoulder with the binoculars attached.

Question:	Does this tripod come with rubber pads at the bottom of legs for setting it up on hardwood floor
Answer:	Saw the pegs off, I did. Mine was on a wooden floor and it's wobbly and slides all over the place because of the pegs on the bottom of the legs. I got a hacksaw and carefully sawed each one off flush with the bottom and then put non-skid pads on the bottom. The tripod is about 10 times more stable now on the wood floor and I highly recommend you do the same. I am surprised the MFG does not make suggestion of this.
Question:	Is this a solid (no vibrations) tripod for a Celestron Mak C90 mainlid used as a spotting scope
Answer:	I use it for my celestron tripod for an astronomy 25-125 zoom binoculars. The tripod is solid with fine micro adjustments and smooth movement. Only down side was no instructions on how to use the tripod, had to figure it out on my own, but it wasn't hard. Hope this helps!
Question:	I want to buy it for my celestron 71020 skymaster 25-125x80 will it work fine? what is the preferable tripod for these binoculars anyway
Answer:	It depends on what you're looking at. If astronomy, then no. I tried this tripod with my Celestron 20x80 Skymasters. It sits too low and the alt/az knobs get in the way. Anything above 30 degrees is uncomfortable. Even if on the horizon, the adjustment knobs get in the way but it is more usable. If you want to look at the stars, get the Orion Paragon Plus. This mount is probably better suited for a small telescope.
Question:	Can I mount the Celestron C6-A-XLT
Answer:	If the scope dovetail is drilled and tapped for a 1/4"-20 screw, then it is possible. However, the scope weight is probably at the maximum limit of what the mount will handle. The assembly will likely be a little wobbly.

Question:	Does this tripod have enough altitude range to use for astronomy
Answer:	If by altitude range you mean "Can it adjust to let you see objects directly overhead?" I'd say that it's tricky with binoculars, which is what I'm using, but certainly doable. These are my first binocs and they're a lot of fun, but I hadn't given much thought to how much your neck strains using them (vs. a telescope.) At any rate, this really is a great tripod for the price and very easy to use. It really helps that it can get to a height of about 6 feet. With some experimentation, use of a stool, etc., I've found it very satisfactory.
Question:	Is this tripod sturdy and heavy-duty enough to support the big celestron regal m2 100ed spotting scope, or should i go sturdier
Answer:	I don't know what the difference in weight is but I bought the 80mm Celestron. It is a pretty sturdy tripod though.
Question:	will this work for the celestron 25x
Answer:	I checked the info that came with the tripod and the maximum weight it's good for is 8.8lbs. I checked the weight of the celestron 25 x 100 binoculars and it's 140oz. or 8.75lbs. In my opinion the tripod is very sturdy and would be a solid support for the 25 x 100 binoculars. I have the 15 x 70 which only weigh about 3 lbs and I'm very happy with the tripod. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It fits mine, not the easiest to screw into place but once u develop a feel for it it works fine. Move the tubes as far apart as possible once u have the threads started to gain the most leverage to screw it in. With this adapter and a decent tripod it works very well with the viper hd10x50s.
Question:	how tall is the adapter? Dimensions says 1 x 1 x 1, that can't be right
Answer:	From bottom of base to top is about 4.25 inches. From bottom of base to center of screw is about 3 7/8 inches. The base is about 1.75 inches in the long dimension and about 1 1/8 inches in the short dimension.

Question:	Please elaborate on the dimensions. How tall is it from the tipod mount to the top plate? It looks like a velcro strap. For $30 we need more details
Answer:	The base of the mount is 3/4" and the nylon strap adds another 1/4" if pressed flat against the mount. The strap can be as long as 13.5" which comfortably holds my 18x Nikon porro prism binoculars which are 7.5"w x 2.5"h. We have a extra large strap available for Steiner and Marine type binoculars.
Question:	Doesn't the strap tend to close the bins, eyepieces close together
Answer:	The strap doesn't exert very much pressure on the binoculars. If you're eyepieces are very easy to move, it might be an issue, but the two pairs that I have move smoothly, but it takes a bit of force to move them. The strap does not move them.
Question:	Is this product plastic or aluminum? I have looked everywhere and it just does't say
Answer:	It's plastic with some kind of soft but firm pad on top. There's a metal threaded hole underneath and an adjustable Velcro strap on top. It worked fairly well with my 10x50 binoculars but it might have difficulty with anything larger. However, I discovered there is a cap I could unscrew on the front center "hinge" of my binoculars that I wasn't aware of. It allowed me to use a different type of binocular mount I liked a little better, shown here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QR44GM6/
Question:	It looks as if the binoculars might slip out of the mounting system if they are pointed towards the zenith. What would prevent this
Answer:	The base is padded and slip resistant and there is a lot of tension from the strap..... I have mine on a swaro 15x56.... I had to extend the strap a bit, but they're solid as can be!!

Answer:	It's hard to say. The larger the the size, the more difficult it's going to be hold them in place. I'm using a 7x35, and there is room for a larger size but I think you'd be pushing it 15x70.
