Answer:	I bought the 60 pound set which supposedly has the same 1" handles. I grabbed my manual kitchen scale, tared it, and got this: 2 pounds, 13 ounces for the handles (3.81 pounds) 15 ounces for the collars (7.5oz each, 0.94 pounds total) 3.75 pounds total for the bar + collars.

Answer:	Only some of them come with 2. I accidentally ordered one that only came with a single bar. I asked the seller if I could buy just the bar and they linked me a listing that cost $18 for ONE BAR!!! That's outrageous. The 40lb set costs almost as much as buying two bars. It's cheaper to ship my entire package back and order a different package. Be careful which you choose.

Answer:	I'm writing this from work and relying on memory. This kit comes with plates of three different weights. 10 lbs plates, 5 lbs plates, and 2.5 lbs plates. The max total weight of the plates I think is 190 lbs and the dumbbell bar you attach them to is 5 lbs (2 bars). Total weight for bars and plates is 200 lbs. You can make the dumbbell bars heavier or lighter in increments of 5 lbs all the way up to 100 lbs each. Hope that helps.

But biodegradable bags on the other hand are supposed to be produced of vegetable ingredients and *degrade intirely*, some claiming this is possible to achieve in 90 days. There is even a certification to testify that. So basically these bags in question are half-way of being environmentally friendly. Which I find to be a positive thing! (Better than nothing). But the green color, for me, is a diversion created to confuse customers, who expect to be looking at something "cleaner/greener" than actually is.
