Question:	Does this have auto focus?? Ive heard it only has manual focus
Answer:	Yes, it has auto focus as well as manual focus. There are three auto-focus settings: Pre Focus (camera focuses when it detects movement), Single AF (camera focuses only when the shutter button is pressed halfway) and Full-Time AF (camera tries to focus even when the shutter button is not pressed halfway).
Question:	is the lens threaded
Answer:	Yes, the lens is threaded--but not fully. There are three equally-spaced threaded portions on the inside of the 52mm lens end. Why in the world Nikon opted for this screwy (no pun intended) threading convention over a normal fully-threaded lens end is beyond me. On my B700, I have screwed a Sigma 52mm WR UV Filter into the lens end with a Goja 52-67MM Step-Up Adapter Ring screwed into the filter and then a Goja 67MM lens hood screwed into the 67mm end of the step-up ring. I've only had this setup on the camera for one day, but I worry that the B700's not-fully-threaded lens end will not handle this load. (NOTE: the Sigma 52mm UV filter is a skosh smaller in outside diameter than the B700's lens barrel, so it doesn't interfere at all with the lens fully contracting when the camera is powered off. Given that the step-up ring is threaded into the front face of the UV filter, it also doesn't interfere with the lens fully contracting, and nor does the tulip lens hood.)

Answer:	I bought a new p900 and then when I wanted to buy the P1000 I decided to buy a refurbished unit to save $300 at that time. I arrived in a brown box for all intents and purposes it was new. I have used it over a year. Love it no problems. I have bought Amazon refurb before in laptops no problems. I did buy the two year guarantee I think for 69$

Answer:	Yes this FX lens will work on any modern Nikon DX camera but it's not as simple as the answers I see provided. Yes the Lens effectively becomes a 350-750mm lens and for wildlife that is great but what you are not hearing about is that the effective aperture also goes up proportionately from 5.6 to a higher number. That decreases your depth of field. Second problem is that most people think the image will be sharper because your "using the center of the glass". This increased sharpness myth has been debunked and is not true! If you had a true DX lens of roughly the same quality and in the same focal range you would get a sharper picture from it on a DX camera. All I am saying is that your paying a lot of money for high a high quality lens that will not work as well as a true DX lens that would cost 1/3 the price. Answer:	No, the screen does not totally flip. It does move up and down so that you can see what you are taking a picture of if you were to hold it above your head. The screen doesn't have a camera lens that rotates.

Answer:	Still doesn't work. I tried iPhones and android phones. It will work once. But only the first time. Tried updating firmware, uninstalling apps, everything. Do not buy this camera. Completely unusable app. No timelapse feature either.

Answer:	It does, and the mike does a nice job of picking up sounds really well. I've used this model for a couple of years, occasionally shooting video with it for YouTube. It has been solid on sound for that purpose.

Answer:	No, no separate battery charger anyway. It does come with a cord that attaches to the camera and you charge it through the camera. At least that is the mine came, but mine is a REFURBISHED too. That might make a difference. (I don't think so though) Another thing that might make a difference is IF you buy a camera that has a BUNDLE with it, it may have an actual separate charger with it. All I know is that I had to purchase my battery charger separate. Just in case that you feel that a cord to charge the battery is enough, consider that with a separate charger you can still use the camera while another extra battery is on a charger. The batteries may not last as long as they advertise due to it all depends on how much you use the ZOOM feature, which eats up batteries.

Answer:	Yes, but you would have to travel on a spacecraft about 650 million miles closer to Saturn. Or use 50X telescope from Earth.

Answer:	I'm looking at the box (I just got it for fathers day today). It has "Tripod adaptable for a stable viewing platform by using the optional tripod adapter". You have to buy that separately. The directions even show how to do it. Amazon has the adapter shown (Nikon Adapter 7650). It's kind of spendy, but from what i've read, it's just a standard 1/4"-20 mount- just about any of those will work. not sure where some of the other answers are getting their info.

Answer:	According to the specs, it's 3.05 or 3.06 pounds. Assume it's 3, since .05 or .06 pounds is about an ounce.

Answer:	The first number is the power of the lens, that is how much it will magnify the image. The second number represents the diameter of the lens in mm. They work together to calculate a number called the "exit pupil" or "exit ratio". Take the lens size and divide it by the power to get this number. The higher the number, the brighter the image. For example, 10x50 will give an exit ratio of 5.0, 8x42 would be 5.25, 10x42 would be 4.2. In my opinion, the exit ratio is more important than the power. My favorite binoculars are 8x50 (6.25) but I also just bought 10x50 as a gift who is delighted with that configuration. Stay away from high-power binoculars. They, for me, are too hard to keep steady due to the high magnification.I hope this helps.-Norm
