The main focus of GUNFORMZ is providing an economical solution for your protective case. We make pre-cut designs that we consider about a 95% solution for just about everyone. All of our foam is water jet cut from 2lb polyethylene closed end cell foam. Custom foam can easily cost the same as your case and sometimes more. We consider our inserts semi-custom. We are not able to do custom work, but with just a bit of customization you would be able to have a near custom with our inserts. With this model we are able to offer a great product at around HALF the price of custom foam. Our inserts come UNGLUED. This allows the user to make any adjustments to the rifle or other compartments before gluing. We recommend using 3M Hi-Strength 90 Spray glue for your glue up. Most of our pistol inserts don’t even require gluing due to the snug fit. Our layered “tray” system is comprised of an UPPER (2 pcs) layer, and BOTTOM (2 pcs) layer. These are sold separately. The upper layer can be used without our bottom layer (ARBL) by placing it on top of the bottom piece of stock 1.75″ foam. Answer:	Epoxy adhesives will permanently bond to the ABS backing.

Answer:	The 1535 air does have its own pick n pluck foam. Actual measurements show the 1535 to have picked up about 3/4" x 3/8" (19 x 9.5mm) in interior length x width over the 1510, thanks to design improvements. Hope this answers any questions. Have a great day.

This is made out black crosslink over a polyethylene black foam middle. Much firmer/stronger than the grey pluck foam that comes with standard cases. The picture is exactly how it comes. The foam is pre-cut and ready to go. This is a perfect pistol travel case. This foam will hold up much better to oils and cleaning solutions.

Answer:	I don't have G34 or G40 to confirm, but I don't think the insert will fit long slide pistols without any modification.
