Answer:	Yes it has a very strong odor which refuses to go away after 2 months. I wiped it down with 50% vinegar solution per some online guides, that helped considerably. However every time I sit on it and the padding is compressed enough to let out air,, it still smell like a toxic spill at a chemical plant. This is very unfortunate as it's an otherwise nice chair.

How To Installation

Step 1,Please keep the surface smooth and dry.Make sure there is no dust or debris.

Step 2, Applying heat to adhesive bond(e.g.. From a hairdryer).

Step 3,Peel off the yellow side of adhesive tick it to the surface of helmet should be attached.

Step 4, Tear off the other side red protective film, stick it to the the mount base and press it hard for better connecting to the base,then wait for about 3 hours to use after installation.

Step 5, Adjust the bracket angle in advance and align the position where the helmet should be attached.

Step 6, Attach the bracket to the base.

Step 7, Hang the safety buckle at the camera and bracket interface.

Step 8, Attach the safety buckle to the other side of the chin.

Step 9, Install the camera and tighten the screws on the bracket with a wrench.

Answer:	Yea, it seems from my experience it will work on any helmet that has a flat spot that's about 2"X2". It actually has a mounting pad that can deal with a bit of a curve though too. I haven't reviewed this yet, but I don't recommend buying it, the plastic it comes with is total garbage, and after I tightened everything up the plastic literally crumbled apart. I would go with a different mounting option or get a metal version of this.

Answer:	Since the two locking S-Biners are not available in the same sizes, the question may well be moot! However, I do use both of these locking S-Biners, in all of the available sizes and can report:1) Both locking systems are secure2) The micro lock is the more positive and obvious system since the central locking "knob" activates both locks and is easily visible when looking ay the device.3) The slide lock is the easier device to remove things from as you can open either side while being assured that the other side is still locked and secure.4) The micro lock is great for keys5) The slide lock is great for keeping larger items secured to your belt.I hope this helps!

My only reservation is that for some reason the black locking mechanism on mine slide around every now and then and my keys fall off when in my purse or pocket. My husband hasn't experienced the same issue. husband hasn't had this issue so maybe I just due to the fact that my keys are in my black hole of a purse and faces much more abuse. I've since taken some pliers to expand the narrow hinge part of the carabiner and no long have the issue. Anyway, we think it works great.
