Answer:	I would not buy this item. The adjustable pads after a couple of months no longer stay on the holder. Mine did not get stuck in the cd player but now my cd player does not work after using this since July 2018. I loaded a cd and it would not play, then would not eject. I finally got it to eject after many, many tries. My cd player worked perfectly before using this holder. Stay far away!
Question:	Many people keep saying that the phone holder is not able to hole the phone ? It start to drop down after a bump or a weeks of use
Answer:	I have an iPhone 5 and my wife has an iPhone 6 plus and the device can hold the phones, they have never fallen off the phone holder. The problem lies in the arm the moves up and down to position the phone. After about two weeks the arms grooves that hold the phone in different positions wore out.
Question:	Can I use CD player at same time with this mount
Answer:	I don't see why not as the amount does not go that far into the player. The only problem would be if you try to eject the CD with the mount in. The CD will not come out then. Otherwise I have not had a problem with this and would consider ordering another one if I had another vehicle to use it in. You also have to make sure that while the mount is in that you are not moving it around that much as you put your phone in. I would think that too much movement of it might just cracked the top frame of the CD player. You can always pop the mount out every time you want to put your phone in and then put it back in. I absolutely love this product though.

Question:	Can I remove it from one car to another
Answer:	I drive a Freightliner and have an iPhone 6 Plus. I have the metal plate mounted dead center on a screen protector on the back of my phone. I cannot use ANY of my cases, even super slim ones between the mount and the metal plate, otherwise the phone eventually giggles around. But using the mount without a phone case, it holds tight.

Answer:	I have used mine for over 3,000 miles, on all road types. I have an iPhone 6Plus in an OtterBox Defender case which is thick. Overall, I love this mount. The magnetic mount holds in almost all situations except for rough primitive roads and off-roading situations. Unfortunately, in those scenarios, the jarring almost always will send my phone flying onto the floor or the seat when I least expect it. Otherwise it is a great device.

Answer:	Yes, it will be a snug fit though. Just measured it and the base of the slot opening is exactly 15mm.

Answer:	The second generation holds my Garmin GPS fine. It also comes with a second set of "holders" but the larger ones hold both my GPS & Iphone. I use my GPS on longer trips but if using the iPhone a lot I would switch to the tighter holders. The holders also can slide in for smaller GPS or Iphones and slide out for larger ones.

Answer:	The second generation is at an angle that seem right. It's not straight up and down. You can't adjust the angle though. I put both my iPhone 6 & GPS in it and they fit. I used the wider inserts but it comes with tighter inserts too if you prefer when using your cell phone. The inserts also move along the pad so you can adjust for a bigger 6Plus phone or GPS.

Question:	Can your product accommodate a 15mm thick case
Answer:	YES. The grabber or clip opens very wide. Your screen is smaller then mine so will fit no problem. Good product.
Question:	Will it hold a thick tom-tom GPS
Answer:	It fits a note 4 with an extended battery case so yes it'll fit any phone size
Question:	Can you adjust the angle where your device sits? My dashboard is a little high and I need it to be almost straight angle towards me
Answer:	2 3/4" from outside to outside of arm. 1 1/2" from inside to inside of arm.
Question:	How does it stay in place on the dashboard? Any sticky that might ruin a dashboard
Answer:	this is windshield mount but they do have the ones that mount in cd slots and it does not effect the cd while playing.

Question:	Does it pivot/have angle adjustment? In the picture it looks like it only attaches to a tripod straight vertically. Can you angle it up and down
Answer:	No pivoting, you are right. All the pivoting will have to come from the tripod you are using. This mount just holds your phone or tablet securely. Try using a tripod you'd use for a camera that has the pivoting head attachment. That's fairly common with many tripods.
Question:	Will this adapter fit over a survivor case
Answer:	It would not fit over my case (it is not a survivor one) I have to take it out of the case to use it.

Answer:	Yes, there is screw mount.
Question:	Can this be attached to a camera hot shoe rather than to a tripod
Answer:	I would say yes, but I would caution you not to do that!!! The weight and solid material that this mount is made of I feel would be too heavy for the camera hot-shoe mount. I would not take the chance of a freak accident either damaging or ripping the hot-shoe mount out of my Canon camera. I feel that a better solution would be to add a handle mount with an off the camera hot-shoe. If damage occurs it will not compromise the camera's ability. You will only have to replace the off-camera mount.
Question:	will this fit a iPhone XR? I want a mount that will be vertical
Answer:	Yes it will. You might want to protect the backing, it may scratch an unprotected phone.
Question:	I’m trying to figure out if it can be used with an iPad Pro with a case. How thick can the tablet be
Answer:	Because the maximum extensible length of this iPad tripod mount is 9.96 inch, so the 12.9 inch iPad pro only support horizontal landscape shooting mode. But all other iPad is support both horizontal landscape shooting mode and vertical portrait shooting mode. We suggest measure whether the length of the side of the iPad pro with a case is less than 9.96 inch and keep some fault tolerance.
