Answer:	Bogus. The over-ear sucks. That sharp plastic digs into your ear. They need to redesign the plastic piece and make it round, rather than a sharp piece of plastic with a piece of foam over it (that you will lose). I would prefer to be able to style my hair, but I have resorted to the headband.

Answer:	It only reads numbers and letters on product codes of things we are selling. It doesn’t read words. If the characters are different in a language other than English, it may not read them.

Answer:	I got this headset at the beginning of the year, and have been using it on 2 phones constantly since then (iPhone 6 and Galaxy S5). When I first got the device, the voice quality was great, and the noise-cancelling superb.Unfortunately, after a few weeks, folks started telling me my voice was static-ish, and the quality of what I was hearing was deteriorating, too.It has reached a point where the headset is totally unusable for me now. I am disappointed, as I am a huge Plantronics fan, and over the years have outfitted folks in my company with SAVI units, etc.I will be contacting Plantronics about this, and will post more info.

Answer:	as torresjose77 stated that's the only technical difference. My father in law has the voyager hd and he REALLY likes it, when i talk to him (while hes on his voyager hd) he sounds extremely clear and there are no other noises in the background. the voyager legend has sound equalizer which means it'll lower background noise so only the caller will be heard . I returned the legend only because when I;m in San Francisco the caller and i sound like robots and cuts in and out as if left my phone 30 plus feet away from the Bluetooth, I'm currently using the Plantronics M50 and works perfect! i really wish that the legend performed the same, sadly it didn't. save the extra money and get the voyager hd as it performs the same and you can still use a micro usb to charge it.
Question:	What is frustration free packaging
Answer:	Be careful purchasing this product without the original packaging - there are many, many online sellers who resell these units - they are subject to failure over a period of time. I think the V Legend is amazing - but after owning 5 of the over the years and having every single one fail after a year or so I'm moving to the 5200 hopefully with better results. For $100 a pop these really should have a longer lifespan. The only reason I keep buying them is because they really are the best phone headset/mic out there nothing else really compares. Again my advice is to only buy in new factory packaging, the high failure rate on this model means there are duds out there that people are reselling as "new" - I've fallen for the ruse myself when trying to find a cost effective way to replace the unit.

Answer:	Plantronics 66735-01 Uniband CS50 Headband with ear Cushion for CS50 I purchased this Uniband for my CS55 and it works fine. The ear bud still sits on the charger even with the band on it. It made quite a difference in the weight on the ear which everyone in the office is raving about. I used to wear my ear bud on the left ear and when ever I got a call on my cell or needed to answer another phone in the office, I would take the ear bud off so I could use my left ear (I'm sure there is some DNA that we have that determines which ear we like to answer the phone with). So if you already have the Plantronics system you only need to but the headband. Answer:	No, it does not plug into my phone base. It plugs into the handset. My phone being cordless, has a port (hole) in the side of the phone (handset) that I plug into. In this way, I can plug the headset into the the portable phone, make a call, toss the phone in my pocket, and my hands are free to do housework, sewing etc without holding the phone.

Answer:	I have the same problem. I've checked all the mic properties, i've disabled all other sound devices, I tried a different cable, I tried in on multiple PC's and on my cell phone, and ALWAYS the caller on the other line can hear themselves talking.

Question:	How do these compare to beats' studio wireless line? do the offer the same/better sound quality
Answer:	Well, I owned Beats Studio Wireless and recently purchased this (Plantronics Backbeat PRO 2). There is a lot of difference in sound quality. Let's try to explain. If you are a Basshead you definitely have to choose BEATS STUDIO WIRELESS. The bass in these headphones is powerfull but this impacts the other range of sound (medium and high). I mean, if you use it to listen music like hip hop or something with a lot of bass, the Beats are fine. On the other hand if you need a balanced sound where you can hear the details of the music you should choose PLANTRONICS BACKBEAT PRO 2. Speaking of the other features: ANC beats is better (although no for me because I feel that I am submerged in a pool and the pressure isn't comfortable for me). The auto stop / play function does not exist in the beats studio, the OPEN LISTENING does not exist in beats studio, the CONTROL BUTTONS are more friendly in plantronics backbeat pro 2, BATTERY LAST beats studio 12 hours, Plantronics 24 Hour, COMFORT Plantronics is more comfortable) In fact it can rotate 90 degrees making it very comfortable when you put it on your neck, MULTIPOINT CONNECTION does not exist in Beats Studio Wireless. This feature allows you to connect two devices at the same time and switch between one and the other, in addition, if, for example, you are in your computer listening to music and a call come to your phone, the music is paused and you can answer the call, at the end of the call, you just need to play back to the music again.
