Question:	I started using it again the alarms keeps on beeping shows 2.8 amps without using salt. does anybody knows why the alarm wont stop beeping
Answer:	If the PH is higher than 2.6, you need to add good drinking water that does not have salt. That's why the alarm goes. After adding water, you may have to restart the machine if it shuts down. If the PH is lower than 1.8, you have to add some salt. These machines do a great job of detoxifying. You may experience side affects such as flue like symptoms, head aches and other. Once every three days is sufficient or you will remove too much stuff to quickly. Your body has to have time to adjust. Once per week well enough detox. Get PH strips to test your PH level. Needs to be 7.0. use your tongue to wet the test strip, then compare on chart given with the test strips.

Answer:	Hello, To start using the equipment, you must make sure of several things 1. Having good electrical conductivity in the handle that goes to the wrist, you can use a conductive gel or cream 2. Use clean water 3. Having the cathode completely submerged in water 4. The equipment has an overcurrent protection and it sounds because it has detected a high amperage 5. If you have used salt to improve the conductivity, it is possible that the alarm activates, then use less salt or nothing. 6. If after a short time the alarm persists, you must change the water, some people have a high PH and quickly the highest amp is reached

Answer:	15 1/2" width between legs when legs are lower all the way down(and I mean all the way down without using holes) the way I have it to fit my narrow tub. It does barely fit but works and the only chair so far I've seen with back/arms with small base dimensions.

How to use it?

• Put the plastic bag in the tub, pour water into the tub. Keep the water covers your ankles, put about 0.7 Ounce salt into the water. Then mix them well.

Answer:	It does not list any where on the packaging that the liners are BPA free, nor does it have any recycle numbers listed. I was not concerned about that because I am not reusing the liners, or adding hot water. You can call the company and ask.
