It comes with the plug into the back of the unit. The wires from the plug are just wires that you connect to your factory wiring. If you can't do that and need a specific plug for your vehicle - you'd have to buy that separately. If you are talking about the wires for the optional wired remotes - no. There is a remote wire in the plug bundle that you'd connect to the remote - then the remote itself has power / ground / illumination wires that you'd need to connect to whatever application you are using them for.

Then I noticed my old phone, I turned the bluetooth on my old phone off. And just like that the T305 paired with my new Note Edge and the beeping stopped. It beeps when two devices are trying to pair with it at the same time.

Answer:	Like all headsets there are several factors including how charged it is at the time. What interferences may be around. If you were in a basement for example and left your phone in one room and walked through a doorway it may disconnect but anywhere else may be hundreds of feet. I've walked away from my cell several times and I would estimate in the open about 100 feet or so as I left my cell in the shed earlier today. But if I had went in my camper 30 feet away could have lost signal also. It's pretty typical for any Bluetooth device.
