Answer:	There’s a red indicator that shows the water level. It’s a float system that tells you when to add water .

Answer:	I’m not sure how many quarts of soil as I mixed my own and didn’t just pour it directly out of a bag. It does come with six disks of coco coir. They are about the diameter of a CD or movie disk but like an inch thick.
Question:	I didnt get water gauage or instructions either
Answer:	They should have been in the empty planter when you received it so I would return and get a replacement. Or ask them to mail them to you -you have to snap the water gauge in anyway so they mail be able to just mail it to you !
Question:	Is this able to hang on the window
Answer:	You may want to try one of those suction cup shelves to out it on. It does not have anything that will let is hang on a window and I would expect it would be kinda heavy when full of water and soil.

Question:	Pump stopped working after a fews days in use. How do I get pump to work again
Answer:	Did you check to see if it turns on and off every 30 minutes ? It suppose to pump for 5 minutes only then it turns off for 30 minutes. Make sure to unplug and then plug Bach again.
Question:	When I plug it in, there's a long beep but it doesn't stop until I unplug it. Why does the beep not stop
Answer:	The unit needs to have water in it otherwise it will beep. Start with 2.5 liters. Then plug it in. Then add the nutrient solutions as directed.
