I just tried the following: I turned the base unit upside down and changed the settings labeled A thru F. Make sure you're on a call with someone while you try each setting. The setting "F" seems to work better for me.

Answer:	I don't see why not. I use it on an Avaya 9600 IP phone. It didn't work right in the headset jack. I had to plug it into the handset jack which means the handset no longer works, just the headset.
Question:	I have never used a headset before, how do you answer calls and disconnect calls
Answer:	I'm not sure since I am not familiar with that model phone, but it should work as long as the phone takes standard phone jack connections. The instructions say to just plug it into the headset jack, and if there isn't a jack plug it into the handset jack and leave the handset on the dial. Hope this helps.

Question:	I hear a bit of static on my New headsets. Can the be fixed somehow? Also, what are the adapters for
Answer:	I do not have this problem but it is the reason I replaced my old set with this one. The static was awful. It was the old headset. Do you have it plugged in tightly? I would unplug everything and then plug it back in securely. The other adaptors are just replacements for the one you received so you can try them as well. If it is still staticky, maybe see about sending it back for a new one as it may be the headset itself.
