Answer:	The bolts and nuts are plastic, so I imagine that it could. However, we used it for nearly a year, and had not problem with it. If the person using it is very large and plops down rather than sit, I could imagine that it could happen. The bolts are easily hand tightened, and if you are concerned about it wiggling loose, I would recommend to hand tighten each time you clean .

Question:	How does it convert? Letterbox, crop, or distortion
Answer:	I needed it to copy a DVD from a DVD player that only outputs in HDMI to a DVD recorder that takes S-Video input (not HDMI), and that worked just fine. I don't believe it manipulates the input video content otherwise in the conversion (same aspect ratio, resolution, frame rate etc.)

Answer:	If your TV still has a working S-Video/Y/R/W port on it then technically yes, but realize that your video will be downgraded from its 1080p (or 4k, if you have the new one and a 4k TV) native signal to a 480p Composite signal. The item's title is very confusing because it throws in "Upscaler Support" at the end, but once the signal has passed to S-Video/RCA cables no higher signal can be carried than 480p. Leaving any further video correction up to your TV.

Question:	Can you use for soundbar
Answer:	That's the way I use it. I have a DVR/VHS attached to my smart TV and watch DVDs and VCRs on my TV. Computer: doubtful--unless you have some software I've never heard of. Most HDMI ports on computer only output video can not be used to input. Computer monitor, definitely. The VCR should work just fine.
