Answer: You put the measured amount of hot water for the number of servings you want in a saucepan, add the appropriate amount of cereal, then I add about 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon per serving, stir it all together and cook it (medium flame) uncovered for 1 minute stirring occasionally. Then cover the pan, remove from heat and let it stand for 3 minutes. There is no salt in it but I prefer to add some to the cooking water (1/4 t per cup). Then I sprinkle both white and brown sugar on top when serving, then add milk. This is really a YUMMY breakfast or lunch! (And it's very good for you too.)

Answer: So I've found personally that, especially during the pandemic, that people are more desperate than normal and apt to steal packages and deliveries extremely quickly, so unless you write into your delivery instructions to specifically have them bring it to your front door and knock and deliver it to your hand personally, they will leave it wherever you closest specify which means unless you receive it directly from the driver, it probly got stolen. There's a spot in the delivery instructions that asks you if the driver needs help with further directions to get to your physical address. THAT is where you tell the driver what to do specifically. Namely to bring it to your front door, knock (or ring) and deliver directly to you. (You really have to read in detail those delivery instructions & do the best you can to see that you actually receive your delivery. Otherwise, Amazon blames YOU for not receiving). This is just what I've learned thru my own personal experiences with Amazon Prime and their delivery methods. Hope this helps.

Answer: I eat this every morning. I have an electric kettle for hot water. When it goes off I use it for tea and the rest for a bowl of this oatmeal. Pour in the hot water, stir and it’s fine.

Answer: I received 32 packets dumped in a single plain brown box, not a shipment of 4 cereal boxes with 8 packets in each. I don't know how new or old this stuff is because the actual cereal boxes were not included. Those boxes would have had the expiration date printed on them.
