Answer:	I'd like to hear from Sony on this. My (previous model) BDPS580 had the child lock issue and a buffering problem. After constant buffering problems with Netflix etc, we bought a roku which NEVER buffers. We use the Sony only for BluRay playback. Re the child lock issue, after many days and hours of we give up. It's horrible. We downloaded a firmware update. It hung up on install and now it will not reload because it thinks it's complete. So the machine constantly displays the flashing goodbye message "see you" and does not consistently open, close, turn on or off. We do the various reset procedures "home-return-top menu" or unplug and replug, or hold the power button for 10 seconds, and then it sometimes responds. Once, twice. Then dies again. We turned off the quick start feature, tried to update the firmware again, many times, and it won't update because it thinks it doesn't need it. To be clear, it NEEDS something. Horrible machine.

Answer:	Yes. Based on rough estimates there is a little less than 13" of horizontal movement. However, I cannot advise if it would/not be wise to install the wall bracket and then proceed to slide the TV all the way to one side.

Answer:	I think you answered your own question. The installation guide states "This product is designed for use in wood stud walls - DO NOT install into drywall alone." They don't want you to use wall anchors. Metal studs will not provide enough bite for the lag bolts. If I were in your situation I would remove a small section of drywall, insert wood fillers or sister a wood 2x4 to the steel studs. Replace the drywall and attach the TV mount to the wood. It's more work but safer for you and your TV.Good luck!

Answer:	It will... but beware, as those (plus DVDs) are ALL it will play. Turns out that "4K Ready" actually means that the drive is equipped with a ruinously restricted copy protection system that will only allow it to play 4K UHD discs if used with a computer that has an equivalently copy protected graphics chipset... which at present is solely supported by Intel on-motherboard graphics. Meaning that if you have an Nvidia or AMD or any other brand of discrete graphics card, there is no way to get UHD to play. On the other hand, most pre-"4K Ready" blu ray drives actually ARE capable of playing UHD with appropriate aftermarket software modifications/support...

Answer:	I think your question asks if you will still be able to split an HDMI signal into a component signal after this splitter if the HDMI signal originates from a non-HDCP compliant piece of gear. I have never tested it in this configuration, but there shouldn't be a problem using the splitter in that config. I don' think the splitter cares. It's just a splitter. Good Luck!
Question:	Will this work for a digital to analog converter box
Answer:	This device is simply an HDMI Splitter - 1 in 2 out. Although, I've never used the splitter with a Sonos, there's no reason that it wouldn't work. It's worked perfectly with everything I've used it with. There is one thing that I've noticed - very occasionally, it will freeze and spit out a less than complete HDMI signal. A simple "pull the power" resets the splitter and after it restarts, it works just fine. Hope this helps.
