How to bind fly sky GT3B with receiver FS-GR3E, battery in the demonstration picture is NOT INCLUDED in the package.

Binding:

The radio transmitter and receiver was binded in the manufacturer's factory, most of the time user don't need to bind it again. If you are going to bind the receiver with other transmitter or receiver, please follow the following steps:

A. Intall the battery to the radio controller and swith the radio transmitter off.

B. Insert the bind plug to the channel 'BIND/VCC' port on the receiver

C. Connect the receiver battery to VCC port on the receiver, in the same time the two LED will flash and it means receiver is going to bind.

D. Press and hold the bind button on the transmitter, and power it on.

E. Observe the LED light on the receiver, if the LED is not flashing anymore, it means bind successfully.

F. Release the bind button on transmitter, unplug the bind plug on the receiver.

G. Install the servos and test the transmission between and receiver.

H. If it does not work as expected, please start over the bind process above stated.

I. If test transmission to be fine, connect the power to VCC port.

Answer:	Before mine overheated and caught on fire, I never could figure out preset stations. It would never keep anything in memory. This receiver was completely junk.

Set different DIP switch pattern if control multiple ceiling fans

If you control multiple ceiling fans in the house, please check the DIP switch pattern settings are different between these, or it may let transmitter next door or your neibourhood's remote activates this ceiling fan in your other rooms. This may cause the fan turning on strangely while you are not at home.



REMINDER:

1. Please set a new DIP switch pattern for the remote control and receiver before installing the receiver. They have a default pattern, do not use this pattern. To choose a DIP switch pattern you like, just make sure that the DIP switch pattern of the remote control is the same as the DIP switch pattern of the receiver. Answer:	I am assuming you mean a TCL Roku TV correct? I just purchased this for mine and it works like a charm. With one caveat, if you power it with the USB from the TV, you have to manually turn the TV on to activate power to the USB. If you power it will and external USB power supply you will be able to turn the TV on and off. Also keep in mind the TV's IR receiver is on the bottom of the screen in the middle in a whitish plastic area below the screen.

Question:	Which is the receiver and which is the emitter?? One is larger than the other
Answer:	The picture depicts from left to right the receiver, the emitter and the USB. The receiver is the larger one.
Question:	Where exactly do you put the emitter on the cable box? Only the volume and power are working on the remote
Answer:	I reviewed this item as junk; the emitter being the issue. You need to look through (use a flash lite) the (usually red) cover on the cable box and find its emitter. You then need to place the "all in one' emitter DIRECTLY over it. Good luck getting it to work.

Set different DIP switch pattern if control multiple ceiling fans

If you control multiple ceiling fans in the house, please check the DIP switch pattern settings are different between these, or it may let transmitter next door or your neibourhood's remote activates this ceiling fan in your other rooms. This may cause the fan turning on strangely while you are not at home.



REMINDER:

1. Please set a new DIP switch pattern for the remote control and receiver before installing the receiver. They have a default pattern, do not use this pattern. To choose a DIP switch pattern you like, just make sure that the DIP switch pattern of the remote control is the same as the DIP switch pattern of the receiver. The list of patterns: (0 is down and 1 is up) 0000, 0001, 0010, 0100, 0110, 0101, 0011, 0111, 1111, 1110, 1101, 1011, 1001, 1010, 1100, 1000

2. If you have PULL CHAINS SWITCH, before using the wireless remote control, use the PULL CHAINS SWITCH to turn the wind speed to maximum and turn the fan light on. Only in this way can the PULL CHAINS SWITCH and wireless remote control be used together.

Question:	I already have an old remote exactly like this one. It stopped working. Can I just buy this remote without having to go up into the fan
Answer:	If it’s the sensor in the receiving unit it won’t work.. but if it’s just an issue with the remote then it will. This comes with the receiver and remote so if it works you will have an extra receiver.
Question:	Does the light dimmer work with LED bulbs, and is it a continuous dimmer or a few (how many?) discrete levels
Answer:	Be aware that they might send you a totally different receiver, which may or may not fit your fan. I got the one with totally different form and had to return as it didn't fit by size. So, I didn't have a reason to test how it works. The original Hampton Bay is continuous one and it doesn't work with ALL LEDs. I could circumvent it by using one incandescent bulb with all others being LEDs. It worked in my case because my fan has many bulbs (few rounded 60 or 100 Watts and a few candelabra base with 40 Watts originally) and they not visible - inside the fixture. So, I added one incandescent (smaller 40 Wt) and then all others being LED. Works ok this way.
Question:	The manual doesn't explain how to connect the ground (green) wire. How should this be connected
Answer:	I am so sorry. I hired an electrician to install the new remote and to hook it iup inside the ceiling fan. I am not qualified to respond to your inquiry. I hope you will get the reply you need.
Question:	My fan 44-mdl remote is on/off only. if i buy hd5 instead of on/off, will i be able to dim? is the dimmer in the receiver or the fan or the remote
