Answer:	I have a Moto G Power so it'll act the same as your G Stylus. I just got these a few hours ago, they work perfectly well in the 4 cables i tried them in. I tested them with 1-2A chargers, using Accubattery in my phone to see what the actual charging current was. In each case, the adapter supplied the full current rating of the charger. I tried it with the Turbo-charger from my old Moto X Pure, charge was limited to 1.5A with that charger even though it can output 2.85A, still not bad at all. I also tried data transfer to/from the phone. It transferred at what looked like around 50-100Mbs, seemed to be typical for USB 2.0 speeds. Overall, these worked exactly as advertised, both for current handling and data transfer. FYI, while these fit fine and tight in my cables I still taped them down for security with electrical tape. Eventually I want to replace it with shrink tubing to have a clean and very secure coupling between cable and adapter.
