Answer:	I am not sure what you mean by "complication", but if you are referring to the buttons on the side they basically start and stop the stop watch function and clear it. It is difficult to read the stop watch function so I don't use it. I have had my watch for probably more than 5 years and it has been running great as an every day watch.

I actually use them with rackets to hit against the gym wall (our gym wall is NOT concrete...so it can't take super hard balls hitting it). it is hard enough that it bounces well, but soft enough that it won't damage our gym walls. (Which is great for practicing skills against a wall. they are hard enough to have a good bounce. so if someone has a good throw, or if someone is super sensitive (and both kinds of people exist), then I wouldn't throw at someone's face. if you are looking for a dodgeball, they have small ones like this...look for balls with "rhino" skin. they are softer, but have a durable covering.
