Answer:	Hi! Ours works like a draw string bag. Pull on both sides of the rope-on the inside, nearest the beads ... be firm - it is quite tight but that way it also keeps the proper size you set. If you pull on the rope tails, down toward the knots it will tighten, you may need help the first couple times until it loosens up. Worth a little extra effort for such a great cause. Hope this helps.
