As another buyer has stated I would suggest other buyers experiencing the example or reviewing this 'answer' to buy a 5 hook bra extender to 'fit' the top. However, buyers should be realistic and not expect a 'small,' or 'medium,' to work effectively or comfortably with a bra extender if again their weight affects the 'fit.' As another commenter has stated "go with a large at the smallest" as the starting base for size options. Although the original question was posted three years ago it is my hope that this 'answer' will help future buyers.
