Answer:	i have used a different product with the same foot opening. They are both versatile and confortable. I am purchasing this brand today, as I can no llonger find the old brand. These look highly recomended and have been around since the 1800;s they must be doing something right! I am not a ancer I am disabled comfort and opaque are key to me. Answer:	I’ve ordered these twice, most recently in June 2020, and didn’t get the right (knit) waistband either time. I got the old, uncomfortable elastic waistband.

Answer:	It has a band, but is not super tight. I didn't have a problem with it.
