Pads need to seal flush with the skin, air gaps caused by hair, joints, wrinkles etc. will cause the pad to arc, sending a shock ( or bite ). Pads that have lost adhesive ability will also cause “biting”. And..be sure you area you are padding is completely dry before applying the jel or pad. Hope this helps

Answer:	These are your standard buds. If you do not mind just a clear call with medium noise cancel these are for you. If you expect crisp clear voice, talk and excellent noise cancel I would look into a more quality product. I gave these 5 stars because I needed just some earbuds. Answer:	Gel pads last I say 3 days and when it does u would have to lay down to get the goodness out of it. Get sumn less that includes the gel pads and see what u think after that.

Answer:	I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Try using a couple of the other pads and see if both sides work. If one doesn't then its the unit. Try another unit. If one side doesn't work it's the pad. Either way you should be able to get your money back or a replacement. Most of these companies are out to please which = good reviews.
