Answer:	There are pockets which will hold a prosthetic plus the pads that come with the bra to add shape. I had a lumpectomy several years ago and lost about 1/3-1/2 of my breast tissue on one side, and even though there are already pads, there is still plenty of space to add in my silicone breast enhancer. This is the only bra I've ever found that truly works for me. By adding my own enhancer, you cannot tell that the two sides are not equal in size.
