Question:	What if you can’t turn off disable lock screen? my organization enforces security on the iphone that prevents you from disabling lock? will this work
Answer:	Update on a previous question: in Feb '21, there is an app update coming that will keep the SportDier screen and app open without the screen going to auto-lock!
Question:	Can you use the iPhone flash without causing any bounce back from the case glass element? Any other issues with using the built in flash
Answer:	You cannot use the flash on the iphone while it is in the case. Honestly, that flash would be of no use underwater anyway as it is not very bright. I used an external mounted Sea Life Dragon light that is 1200 lumens and it worked amazingly. If you have a handheld torch, you could use it to light the subject but the mounted light is the easier option.
Question:	Does the phone stay on entire dive? Do you need to deactivate Lock Screen to use during underwater activity

Answer:	It only works with newer iphones like the iPhone X, iPhone 11. My husband has an iPhone 6 and it does not work with it. All you have to do is place the phone on the pad screen facing up and the red light turns blue when charging.

Answer:	I am not sure that there is a way to do that. I wish that I could help more. The light lets you know when it is charging....

Answer:	I've never used a pop socket. My wife has one on her case and it works. My opinion only, I think yes it will work. Either way, it's not an expensive case, so it's worth taking the chance.
Question:	My wire was stripped. who can i contact for a replacement. and how can i contact them
Answer:	I have a pop socket on mine (though it was not recommended by company). But it will eventually pop off of the case. I now just keep it on, but know it is there if I REALLY REALLY need to use it. If you're wanting to use it daily, I wouldn't recommend it.
