Answer:	They are not like the fancy running socks for lots of miles. I wear mine daily and while playing softball and they keep my shoes from blistering my heel, but i dont think they are thick enough in the right placed to prevent blisters on the foot as a whole

Answer:	Not sure there is a technical definition of “slip resistant shoes” that I am being held to, but the shoes have rubber soles and ridges and I do not skid or slip in them — even while running through an airport

Answer:	Ummm i don’t know what you mean by turn? Like most will rotate but you don’t feel it or know it. Once it’s clamped into place it’s one piece so it can be fluid to move around in the piercing comfortably. You should be turning and rotating your hoop anyways so that it doesn’t get caked up.
