Answer:	They did the same to me, didn’t send the box with the brackets for the truck the first time.. and then when the sent that box they forgot to send me the actual brackets to mount the running boards onto the truck brackets.. I had to wait a month just for them to send me the right stuff, After waiting the week for the initial shipment.

Answer:	I know it can EASILY handle 210 lbs jumping up and down on them, as I tested them once I installed them for movement and noise. Probably handle a 300+ lbs person stepping on them to briefly get in/out and out the roof down. Installation is the key, go and buy extra washers as mentioned in the reviews, and they won't move on you.
