Answer:	Yes, it should. It fit my 2000 F250 7.3l superduty. One big difference is the top radiator hose. The 99' radiator hose goes around the outside of the serpentine belt. My 2000 goes through the center...which means if I hadn't swapped the hose with the 99' version I would have to pull the radiator hose off to change out the belt. Yes, that was irrelevant info, but I shared it anyways.

Answer:	No, it does not have a built in suite. That said, the suitcase is really strong and still looks brand new. My husband travels quite a bit and it's holding up well. Also suitable for carry on - even on international travel. We use dry cleaning bags to protect dress clothes. You will need to purchase a separate garment bag.

Answer:	Overall, both bags have the same cubic space. I think it's more a matter of shape and how you typically organize your bag. If you use packing cubes, the international one may fit better. For example, I had packing cubes that had to fit lengthwise in the domestic version because they were longer. However, now that I have the international version I can fit it width wise and have the whole second half of the bag free for other things such as my shoes. I like to pack my shoes following the width of the bag, but depending on your shoe size, it may not fit in the domestic bag or the international one for that matter. I also like the fact that international one is shorter. I've had trouble fitting the domestic version in some overhead bins and had to turn it parallel to make it fit. This eliminates that problem. One thing to keep in mind is that since the length of the international version is shorter, the width of your garment bag may be a bit smaller.

Answer:	I suppose if you filled every inch to maximum capacity then you might and I was unable to fill to capacity because I would have been over weight so it did scrunch a bit. I packed it to 48 pounds and it scrunched and it was not over weight or over sized. I chose not to use the side pockets which would have made it fatter and I didn't want it getting caught on any equipment going thru the luggage tunnels at an airport. For a road trip I would have had them all full. I also used some long mailing boxes for the insides so there was a bit of form and this turned out to be an awesome idea. So, no, I did not have to pay over sized luggage fees.
