Answer:	I was skeptical as well, but I bought them because they were my only option locally. I was happy to find that they work on any ice, period. I wear them ice fishing, which features a 1 mile walk pulling a 60 pound sled across various types of ice to get to a good spot. Keep in mind that these aren't glue, though. I can run on the ice with them, but it's still possible to slip - especially in ~3" of new snow on ice. The snow is just deep enough to fill the cleats, then you've got snow on ice.

Answer:	Yes, I recommend it for any age. Just make sure to REMOVE them when you go inside or on a clear surface, as they will be slippery on normal surfaces. ONLY for use in snow/ice.

Answer:	I wear a Women's size 8. The manufacturer sizing information on the box, says for U.S. Women's Size 8, get a SMALL YakTrax. I have KEEN winter boots,size 8 medium. Keen's winter boot have a substantial heavy sole. There is no way that I can stretch the YakTrax Size S onto the KEEN boots. A medium would fit (but I haven't tried yet). The YakTrax SMALL just barely fits over a pair of "fashionable" winter boots, size 8, that have a dainty-sized,or thin sole. I suggest that you take your boots into a store and fit the YakTrax on before purchasing. If the stretch is too tight, you'll know right away (it'll strip off your nail polish and split a nail or two attempting). Be careful during the stretch 'cause it's like a sling shot! It can take an eye out! :) You want a YakTrax size that's easy enough to take off when you go indoors because on stone floors, these are slippery and on carpet, they will rip up the carpet. The manufacturer sizing information is misleading.

Answer:	No, these ice cleats do not come with extra spikes. These grippers have non-removable spikes, so there is no way to replace them. That being said, the ice cleats are durable enough that you should not have to worry about replacing the spikes or entire unit until after having used them a lot.

Answer:	Not the best for bare concrete. They may wear out quicker and don't provide the best support because the studs are grouped towards the middle of your heel. Big no no for wood floors unless you don't mind making little holes in the floor. Ok for carpet if you don't drag your feet. They may grab or stick if you drag. I'm not entirely sure here and basing my opinion on some door mats. They don't feel right to me when driving. The studs scrape and stick a little in the grooves on my pedals

Answer:	Hi Jennifer,Thank you for your question. It should be possible to drive while wearing the cleats over your shoes but we would strongly recommend against it. Having the cleats on would lessen the feeling and control that you have on the gas and break pedal. Also, since the cleats are not flat (they have the spikes), using them while driving could result in you slipping of the pedal and doing something you didn't want to do.Since they can be quickly pulled over your shoes/boots, we would recommend removing them before driving and then pulling them back on when you are ready to leave the car.I hope this helps. Question:	Are the spikes replaceable
Answer:	Sorry, my computer froze for a few days. I do not recommend driving any distance or in traffic. They are true spikes that gives you poor contact with gas and brake pedals. Additionally, the spikes stick and or get caught on the pedals. I do drive 1.6 miles on a very rural road that has little traffic, but I would never go much farther or with much traffic. I do love them. They stay on. They give great traction and grip. I am a dog walker and they have lasted a very long time. I never had a pair of Yak Traks last a year. I hope this all helps.
Question:	I suppose nobody should wear these on wooden floor, and they make loud noises when jogging on cement
Answer:	It depends on the type of boot and how bulky it is. You can refer to the size chart on the Hillsounds FlexSteps website. The chart indicates the following for U.S Women's sizes: For Trail Runners: X-Small: 6-9, Small: 9-11. For Hiking Shoes: Small: 7-9, Medium: 9-11. For Fishing & Insulated Boots: Small: 6-8, Medium: 8-10

Answer:	Not sure that they would be any less efficient or long lasting than another type. I love mine, but do not use them that often. They are high quality and easy to get on and off.

Answer:	Even though they seem to be small I'm not sure they will be that small.

Answer:	I just used them while I sanded my driveway. They are outstanding for good traction while not being too aggressive which would make them uncomfortable to walk in. I have used others and never liked them as much. I am a 12 and they fit as sized, would expect no issues onfit for 14's. Great item, well made and tough.
Question:	Do you have or recommend a product like this that will fit a men's size
Answer:	I couldn’t imagine them damaging the roof. They would be excellent for icy slushy traction.
Question:	Would you recommend for a hvac tech working on icy roofs in winter? need something that won’t damage the roof
Answer:	yes but you might find certain brands that seem short from side to side that's where the 70 ratio comes in. but most have extra links to fit a range of tires.
