Answer:	I always wear size 7, but for this particular boots I needed 7.5... because it was too tight around my heels, and actually hurting my heels :( I still had to return it because it was narrow. You might wanna try 5 and 5.5...
Question:	Hi! 3 questions: wondering if these make your feet look longer? are the black not actually black? should i size up for socks like with tennis shoes
Answer:	I don't think my foot looks longer. I don't own black. I have gray and sand colors. I actually went a size smaller than I usually wear, and I wear thin socks with these. I normally wear an 8, but in tennis shoes I size up to an 8 1/2. For these booties, I have both pairs in a 7 1/2. I did see the black in the store though, and yes, they are true black. They come in suede or in leather. Personally, I like the black in suede. I hope this helps!

Answer:	I wear a 7.5 shoe so I purchased this boot in that size. The boots were difficult to put on because I have a high arch and they were a tight fit. I gave them to my daughter who wears a 7/7.5 and they fit her perfectly.

Answer:	I do suggest a wide for wider feet anytime wide is offered. I love Amazon, but noticed that wide is not offered here in this bootie. However, it IS offered in a wide version at some other sites. If you're not successful, a half size larger may work depending on how wide you'd need.
