Answer:	Yes, it does! However, I found it to be very annoying as my fingerprint scanner wouldn't recognize my finger, even after trying to reregister it with the cover on. I ended up removing it manually, which solved that issue but might allow dust etc inside the cover.

Answer:	It's not really even rubber. The outer shell is a hard plastic. It's not hard to get in or out of the pocket, but the case is not very grippy, rather kind of slippery

Answer:	Mine dropped face down and cracked my screen protector. It also chipped the corners to sharp edges when I dropped it on the corner. Not really protective but looks good. Look for military drop tested cases if that is your main concern.
