Line up the '10' on the outer dial with the number of seconds it took you to travel one mile. Look at the 36 (3600) on the inner dial. The number on the outer dial over 36 will show your speed in mph . If it took you 36 seconds or less to travel one mile, multiply the number on the outer dial by 10.

1. Stop the second hand by pulling the crown out to the 2nd click (time setting position).
2. Turn the crown to set the time.
3. The watch will start after the crown is firmly pushed back into its normal position

To set the Calendar*:

1. Pull the crown out to the first click (calendar setting position).
