Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean. Is it good for everybody in what context? I am sure that there are certain people who shouldn't take it for very specific reasons. Someone with an allergy or sensitivity perhaps to berries or plants in the elderberry family, for instance. I however, use it for my whole family. Even my three year old and eighteen month old. My 3 year old son will chew one lozenge up happily and my 18 month old sucks on it until it is gone. It is very purple, and can stain so be aware of that. I would never give it to a child who is too young to safely chew or suck the small tablet. Before I felt confident giving them lozenges I gave them the children's syrup version. I take a sambucus lozenge any time I feel even the hint of a cold coming on. If life happens and my kid brings home one of a million colds from school I take it the whole duration and I believe the symptoms are less than they would have been and it is of a shorter duration. I have a bottle auto delivered every month during cold and flu season. Every two to three months in the summer. That works for my family of four. I usually have about a bottle and a half on hand. I can't say it is good for everyone as I am not qualified to say what is good for other people. I will say it is a product I trust and use for my whole family. I hope that is helpful.
