Answer:	The best crimper to use has groves on one side and studs on the opposite side. When you crimp the connector the stud compresses into a the connector and makes a 100 % connection. Also you only need to strip a quarter inch of insulation off the wire.

Question:	What is the shrink ratio, 2:1, 3:1, etc
Answer:	Great question. The tubing itself is probably only 2:1 from what I’ve experienced, BUT, the adhesive liner seems to help fill in quite a bit. I’ve had the 14-16 grab all around on a 20 awg wire.
